This kava bar is extremely unprofessional and concerning for customers. The manager regularly smokes during shifts, and I once walked in to find a lit cigarette burning on a table just two feet from the entrance outside the door. He sometimes brings his younger kids into the bar, along with a blind, deaf puppy that cries loudly, bites clothing, and pulls on shoelaces.
The menu is also misleading- several items aren’t actually served anymore, and I was directly told not to recommend powdered kava because it’s “too cheap to make the store money,” even though it’s still listed. Training and organization felt chaotic, and the turnover rate among staff seemed very high.
On top of that, the manager frequently overshared disturbing personal stories while on shift, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, I felt unsafe and unsettled here, and I would not recommend this bar to anyone looking for a professional or reliable environment

Joseph the manager is amazing very kind and always smiling, amazing quality of healthy juices, Elixirs and Tea ☕️, I highly recommend this place especially on Saturday nights they have yoga 🧘 activities, live music . I really like this place, Mack and Lydia are always super friendly and the crowd that gathers here is usually pretty laid-back and willing to socialize. It's a great place to meet people if you're scared of leaving your house or making eye contact with strangers. The drinks are good too if you're looking for a non-alcoholic alternative. If you're like me and don't like kava or Kratom the delta 9 drink is nice and actually does something, they also have coffee and tea and i like that a lot :)

Honestly, the service was so bad. I always come here and have a great time. I love the workers. I asked for a few drinks. I was ignored multiple times. My mother-in-law also asked for a few drinks. we asked for the girls name and she responded back with so much attitude. She said her name was Brianna, but we don’t even know if she was lying about her name. And she also told us that she doesn’t get paid enough and walked away and proceeded to let her coworker take care of us. We are very unhappy and it was supposed to be a special day for me and my mother-in-law to bond and this completely ruined the experience for her and I.

There was an issue with the internet and pos system while I was there. Preston and Lydia were quick to get it fixed and ring out customers without missing a beat. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Naples!

Mackenzie is the best. I’ve been coming here for quite some time for Trivia Night’s and she always hosts with such an amazing atmosphere in the place. Kudos to you, Mackenzie. Keep being awesome.

I have been going here on and off for four years at this point. During this time someone I am very close with and other friends who have worked there have recently been let down by the management and owners time and time again. Most recently the new manager has done nothing to improve or fix previous issues that were present at the kava bar. All she does is show up at the bar maybe once a week or at meeting from what I understand. She doesn’t listen to her fellow peers about the issues they have and instead seems to fire them. Also the way they go about terminating a worker is unfair and honestly diminishing. They put them on only one day a week for the next two weeks and at the end of the shift before hand right as they are finishing up they are told you are no longer what we are looking for, for the kava bar.
I am sad to see what I saw as a great social gathering area become a place of anxiety and frustration. I hope that the owners step up and deal with these issues and that this manager also tries to do better in the future.

I'm not from Naples. But I was staying in a hotel near by. This kava bar was recommended to us by a friend. Very relaxing environment. We were particularly impressed by the kava infused Rice Crispy treats (they're Vegan ! ) Thank you for the lovely experience.
