Food was decent, but priced too high for what it is. Also what they call a taco, majority of Americans call a taquito. The Gordita also was different than many would be familiar with. Staff was nice.

The immediate thought walking in. Was, damn this place is amazing! A bodega and a restaurant! The live music was incredible. The food was incredible! Tortas and tacos are and will always be my favorites!

I went here for a meal today and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right away. The Birria Tacos were especially delicious – fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been coming to this place for years and I will NEVER go back. We came in on a Saturday afternoon as a party of 4 and my mom was ordering a kid’s quesadillas for my 11 year old sister and the waiter said my sister wasn’t a kid by the looks of her and refused to sell us a kids meal. She kept saying my sister isn’t of age just because she’s taller than most kids her age, we cancelled our order and left after feeling so upset over the service.

It was a very bad experience for me. I love Mexican food and I was really looking forward to trying this place. The atmosphere is fun and colorful and I seriously had high expectations but it was disappointing. The worst tacos I’ve ever had in my life, I’ve even had better ones from food trucks or at home. I ordered Quesabirra (which are supposed to be tacos with a combination of cheese, birria and salsa) they were horrible, they barely had any meat, it was pure grease and fat, I couldn’t eat them, I told my waiter, he didn’t care, I gave him back the plate with the uneaten tacos and he put them on the receipt for me to pay, I paid for them without saying anything, I even tipped them because my goal wasn’t to eat for free, it was to enjoy my food and I Couldn’t Do That. P.S: The food my family ordered wasn’t that great either but mine was definitely the worst.

Great Oaxacan Mexican food - you can get specialties from the Oaxacan area or Mexican food like you might expect from any restaurant. They have cactus and some other things that can be harder to find. The lunch specials are great, and the service is fast and friendly!
