“I called to place an order over the phone and the lady that helped me was a young lady I can tell for her voice, She has no empathy at all, I felt like I was bothering her for placing an order. There was no enthusiasm at all. For the business to be successful beyond the quality of the product, they should have a fantastic customer service, What we experience as customers is what makes us come back.“
“It takes us about almost 30 minutes to get there but here the couple of times we have order we have gotten what we request. The other Little Ceasers Pizza places they not only get the wrong order but they don't even apologize for getting it wrong. Here after going for a couple of times, they have always gotten my order right and everything is hot and fresh. We do recommend it to anymore who wants to get what they are paying for and fresh and hot too. Thank you guys and especially to Andres....“
“Been ordering from this location for a while and have been satisfied. There was a mix up last night while ordering and my food was given to the wrong person via DoorDash but I called the store and the manager David expressed his concern and apologized and let me have my food no charge the next day. Shoutout to Lucia who was able to help me with the issue the night before and wrote my name on their wall.“
