Parking is HORRIBLE!!! Good luck if you are handicapped. Their cookies are WONDERFUL IF you get fresh ones. They are no where near as good the 2nd day and forget about the 3rd. Regardless... they are SSSSOOOOO EEXXXPPPEEENNNSSSIIVVVEEE!!!! FOR 1 cookie, it is OVER $6+! HIGHWAY ROBBERY! It is only a cookie that I splurge once in a VERY blue moon for.

Owner decided to kick us out of her chairs upfront. Been giving them business but won’t be back and will tell friends. Strange way to treat customers.

Had these cookies at an event I went to and let me tell you these are truly wonderful. My favorite is the classic chocolate chip cookie, has that homemade taste, full of flavor and very substantial. Thanks Mitch!

Today I went to buy ice cream for my girls, feeling very excited. Unfortunately, the experience was not as pleasant as usual. While preparing my order, the staff member served customers who came in after me, which left me holding my ice cream as it began to melt. I had five cones in total, and it became difficult to manage them. One almost slipped out of my hand, and later the girls had to use extra utensils to enjoy their cones.

I kindly reminded her that it might be better to let me finish taking my five ice creams before serving the next customers, but she didn’t seem very happy about that.

I have visited this shop many times, and the other girls have always been very nice and helpful. Perhaps the staff member on duty today could benefit from some training on how to handle the queue more smoothly. It’s a small thing, but a bit disappointing compared to my past great experiences.

Ice cream is delicious the only issue is we have gone several times and asked to get the ice cream to go and they don’t have any caps or bags. We would frequent Mitch’s more often if we were able to easily transport it.

Ice cream made by Royal Scoop. Some in store made pre-packaged cookies. Looked delicious but didn't buy....$4. Had about 6 stools at the counter. Bought 2 one scoop ice creams (with only waffle cone available) for $12+. Yes, 1 scoop in a small glass cup. The young lady who waited on us was very friendly.

I went last night with some friends. Anna was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. We got a coffee-flavored malt milkshake, cookies and cream ice cream, and a sundae.

Very enjoyable all around, nice vibe inside.

Mitch, you’re on to something! We stopped by to grab a couple of cookies for dessert. They’re amazing! We tried the classic chocolate chip cookie and the Peanut M&M cookie. We will definitely be back for more soon!

My daughter worked at this establishment for a few months in 2024. UNDERPAID is an understatement. They only pay their staff $11 an hour! She also made tips, however she would come home with no more than $5-$10 a night, That is absolutely not a livable wage in Naples Florida, even for teens/ college students. Starbucks STARTS off at 17+ tips. Coldstone STARTS off at 16+ tips. Sweet Anne's STARTS off at 16+ tips, (to give you an estimate on similar jobs) and not to mention you’ll receive way more tips at these jobs as well. It's not even worth the gas to get there!!! Writing this to look out for moms who are in search of jobs for their kids, and other young adults looking for employment). This goes to all Naples Florida businesses, they need to start increasing pay for their staff members as living expenses are dramatically increasing in the past years. $11 is unacceptable in this economy today and no place of employment is paying that little anymore….Naples businesses… DO BETTER
