I don't go to Moe's that often but I will definitely never eat at one ever again. $20 for a quesadilla and that's not even including queso. That is absolutely atrocious.

This place is going down the toilet. The corporate office doesn't care either. 45 dollars for 3 quesadillas which is crazy. The food was not great at all. They barely put any meat cheese toppings etc. Literally gave me 8 chips. when I went to leave the tip I clicked on 10 percent and it left an almost 9 dollar tip. I didn't know til I looked at the receipt. Watch out if you tip here. Provided corporate office with receipt and they asked for the store address .....it's on the receipt

I was a loyal customer to this location, but a few days back, went after 5pm and a gentleman that seems to be closing shift, is the worst ever employee there. Obnoxious, disrespectful, un inviting attitude. The ladies are amazing, but this Sir no idea how he is employed. Never go after 5pm my advice.

Super bad customer service I’m not the really to leave reviews but literally had us standing there for 10 min without saying anything just working on to go orders both of the staff and when I asked if they could help us nicely they gave attitude that they where working on a online order.

I paid $35 for this togo, chicken and cheese quesadilla with TWO pieces of chicken and non existent cheese??? Are you kidding me, this is the WORST Moe’s also the pico taste like it was made 2 weeks ago. Where is management? This place will be closed within the next few months at this rate. Such garbage STAY AWAY from this store

All the food looked dried out and like it been sitting there for quite some time did not look appetizing at all. The worst part is we got 4 burritos and 4 small drinks with the tip You feel like you have to give cause it Pulls it up on the screen 72$ I can't afford that! And we all had upset stomachs after eating Moe's food that's saying it nice.

This place consistently gets my order wrong when I place an order online or even through a third party delivery service. I gave one too many chances. Will not be ordering again. Plus your crusty dusty always stale chips suck.

This is by far the worst Moes in Naples. Their food is always lukewarm. Service is always terrible. And after debating on whether going there tonight and what just happened I would highly recommend never go to this location. The employees hate their jobs. Hospitality at an all-time low at this location

Employees are so incredibly rude. Both were so into their conversation that they ignored the fact I walked in. Lobby was empty at the time so crowd noise isn’t a factor When did we stop saying Welcome to Moe’s also?

Saturday June 8 about 600 pm
Ordered 2 burritos and then waited 20 minutes to pay! Guy in front went round and round with 3 non-English speaking people over a Kids MEAL. THREE phone calls to supervisor and nothing! I offered to pay in cash but all I got was a shrug! No sorry, please wait, etc. Used to go monthly but no more! I walked out and got a better sandwich at Publix!

What will it take for you to anwser your phone? The service is horrible. I can never get anyone on the phone to discuss my order, give it a try! Also let’s put some initiative to put my $40 quesadilla (Uber eats total) into a container versus just throwing it in the chip bag, which has happened on numerous orders as well as giving me the wrong chicken, thanks!
