Delicious choices and casual atmosphere make Royal Scoops a nice place to treat my wife and friends. The service is ordinary and not an issue since I no longer expect a enthusiastic welcome. Patrons are respectful of each other. The atmosphere is low key and comfortable for ages 3 to 103. There is usually a short line, but a much longer one during prime ice cream-eating hours.
