If you order one of the bowls, just be sure to leave the bowl in the designated spot and not throw it away.

was majorly overcharged during my recent visit, and the experience felt dishonest. This location consistently adds extra charges without asking or properly explaining them.
When ordering a Homewrecker Burrito with chicken, I was automatically charged an additional $1.45 for “premium white meat” without being asked which type of chicken I wanted. I was also charged $1.95 for guacamole, which is supposed to be included with that menu item.
We also ordered a $9.95 Moe’s Jr. Burrito meal, which includes chips, queso, the burrito, and a 20 oz drink. Again, we were charged the extra $1.45 for “premium” chicken and only received a kid-sized drink.
Since we visited on a Sunday, we expected to receive a free kid’s meal per adult entrée purchased, as advertised. We ordered two kid’s meals, both with chicken, but were again charged the “premium” upcharge — and only one of the two kids’ meals was discounted as free.
The pricing we were charged did not match the signage or online ordering system. When I recreated our order online, the total came to $23.25, but we were charged $34.13. Later, when we placed an additional Jr. Burrito order for a friend, we were once again charged the chicken upcharge.
In total, we were overcharged $12.41. While the money matters, my bigger concern is the dishonesty and lack of transparency. After looking through other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. It feels like the store may be struggling financially and trying to make up for it by quietly adding fees. I hope Moe’s corporate will investigate this pattern.
Only one employee appeared to be working during our visit, and communication was challenging. I requested a receipt to follow up with a manager but have not been able to reach anyone — all my calls go to voicemail.

Good food but they apparently they cant do the same thing twice. I get a coupon. I get my usual for that coupon. But today, they can't do my usual adding corn and the lady says something about choosing chicken or ground beef. I had chosen chicken and wanted to add corn. Arguing with her she finally added the corn reluctantly.

This Moe’s cannot get anything right. This is now the THIRD time they’ve randomly added cheese and/or sour cream to items. It’s beyond infuriating!! You call, no one answers. Then the mailbox is so full always and it’s never emptied to leave a message. IF I DO NOT ORDER SOUR CREAM OR CHEESE DONT ASSUME I WANT ANY!! My son’s dinner and mine are ruined again. The time before this all the salsa was rotten and smelt like beer.

Used to love Moe’s and had not been in a while. Was very disappointed when we ordered take out today. The quality of the food has declined. Burrito was basically folded instead of rolled, soda machine out of syrup, the sweet tea dispenser had unsweet tea in it, and the chips were starting to go stale. Staff were not very helpful either. I hope they can turn it around soon.

I recently placed an online order for pickup by mistake instead of delivery. As soon as I realized the error, I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered. I then reached out to corporate, but unfortunately, they told me they couldn’t assist with a refund—only cancel the order. They also informed me that I would have to physically go to the store to get my money back, despite the fact that the order was placed online.
I completely understand that the mistake was on my end when selecting the delivery option, but the real frustration came from not being able to reach the store. Being unable to get in touch with anyone after multiple attempts is disappointing and highlights a gap in customer service. If someone had answered, this could have been resolved quickly and conveniently.
I hope this feedback helps improve communication at the store level so that future customers don’t run into the same issue. Thanks for your time!

Haven’t been a Moe’s in a while but this was so much worse than I remember. Dirty interior, undercooked rice, brown guac, tasteless chips. No wonder the place was empty at dinner time..avoid!
“I was really disappointed with my recent order. I spent nearly $25, and the quality did not match the price. The rice tasted as if it had been sitting in chicken broth all day, overpowering the flavor and making it unpleasant. On top of that, the chicken was extremely hard and difficult to chew. The service provided was poorly. I expected much better for the cost, but sadly, it fell short. I won’t be ordering again unless quality improves.”

Came here 12-30-24 at 1:00pm. Got the moes monday bowl. Person at counter did not tell me or the person in front of me, that it was for app only. Cashier gave guy in front of me discount price because he was complaining. Then charged me full price. Plus 2$ for a drizzle of queso, when they were out of sour cream which is what I really wanted. Most moes are great, this location and these employees working at the time were just not great. Portion size for bowl was also lacking, as they were scraping the bottom of empty trays, instead of swapping for new.

Came to Moe’s expecting fair prices as we had 5-6 years ago, as well as in other locations in Tampa. First, I was charged for white meat chicken, which I did not specifically ask for nor was I told was extra. I asked for bacon, expecting the cost to be 2 dollars for the whole meal (as in other locations). When I got to check out, the bacon was charged at 1.95 FOR EACH TACO and 50 CENTS for white meat chicken that was never asked for. For a quesadilla and three tacos, we paid 40 dollars! On top of that, the soda machine had no syrup. When the manager and employee were asked about the charging, we were told it was “a new system” and no charges were fixed. For our troubles, we were offered “Buy One Get One” coupons which will be useless as we will not be returning. Zero transparency in pricing, save your money.

Tofu wasn’t prepared and cold. Grill shut down so tortilla warmer was what stuff was cooked on. Nothing in salsa bar. Just quality was crap and not near closing time. The girl working rolled her eyes at me when I asked for likes and salsa. Tortillas were still hard and cold with the burritos too.

The food is very bad
Much better chipotle.
Old and dirty place.
Cold Freestyle machine was broken. As I was finishing my meal, another customer came in and, when told the machine was not working, commented that the machine has not been working for 2 months now.
