Napoli on the Bay VII

Napoli on the Bay pizza at the original location in olde Naples is amazing but the one in Naples Park is horrible. Never fully cooked, not great service and way too expensive for what you receive. It’s too bad the original owners expanded so much without passing on knowledge of how to actually bake a pizza. Never going to the Naples Park one again, but if I’m in olde Naples I’ll grab a slice there.

Food came over 45 minutes late. Not even the right food. Naples resident 40 years. Decided to give them another try because last time was a disaster. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

The worst restaurant in Naples! I ordered from DoorDash, they said Napoli delivers on their own. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! They charged me! Saying they delivered??? Where ? I will NEVER ORDER FROM
THEM AGAIN. Like I said in other post, I OWN SEVERAL BUSINESS’s in town, have lived here my whole life. I will be sure to tell EVERYONE TO NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!! The absolute worst!!!!!!!!

hard time ordering over phone, as he didn't sound like he understood me. ordered simple chicken fingers and fries, got 3 tiny pieces of chicken and half order of fries, first and last time ordering there.

Slowest delivery ever! I ordered thru DoorDash and it said the pizza would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes. And hour later I finally had my pizza. They use their own driver so no fault on DoorDash for the slow delivery. The pizza is average at best. Pick a different place for your pizza.

Food was super late and handed off to another store. Worker on the phone didn't communicate well. Had great success and love for other Napoli branches but was unhappy with this meal.

First time ordering at this location and they got it wrong. I ordered a large uncut/unsliced margarita pizza with spinach and wings. I went to pick it up twenty minutes later and they cut the pie into slices. I politely told them I did not want it and to please make me a new one. The pizza cook gave me a funny look and started on a different order. I asked him when he would start it and said in a few minutes. I waited 40 mins before I got my correct order. I am all for business expansion but consistency is a key to success. I hope for a better experience on the next visit to a Napoli location

Newer to Naples, and this pizza shop is one of our favorites! The owner and staff are really nice as well.

With all of the pizza places in Naples, this place is towards the bottom of the list.

We are not from the Naples, Florida area, we rented a beach house in the area for a family vacation and ordered over $100 worth of pizza from Napoli last night for carry out because it was close by. My uncle picked up the pizza and brought it over to the beach house where we began eating the pizza outside by the pool. My fiancé took a bite out of my pizza and bit into STAPLES. He spite out the pizza and it wasn't just one staple it was a chunk of staples, over 15 staples in the pizza crust. When we called to speak to the manager or owner no one had an explanation for the staples and did not even want to offer a refund for the pizza we were not going to finish with fear of find more staples in our food. Horrible customer service!!!

Napoli’s has by far the BEST pizza in Naples no matter which location you go to. But, if you go to this one, be prepared for the WORST service you have ever received. Employees are impolite, less than welcoming, and act like you’ve inconvenienced them. I even tried to order delivery a few months ago to avoid dealing with their terrible employees and the delivery driver took over an hour to delivery AND left my pizza outside my lanai, on the ground, and never knocked on the door to notify someone that food was delivered. The ONLY redeeming quality of this place is their pizza. Good luck getting any amount of decent customer service here.
