And here while staying on property and thought it would be nice while there for our anniversary, unfortunately reservations were not followed by the hostess, drinks made in error, food made wrong and the pizza cook was visibly arguing with our waiter about it and mad, along with our drinks being taken when not done.

Very reasonable Dining passport pricing for July & August! However, Most unreasonable was their pricing for a glass of wine ($19) was the least expensive on its wine list!! Also, I was charged $8 for a glass of unsweetened ice tea! I think that is highway robbery!!

Food was excellent but service was incredibly slow and not up to Ritz levels, felt understaffed, management was running food. Everyone was friendly but we had long periods with empty waters and drinks, otherwise it's a lovely restaurant.

Disappointing first visit—and possibly the last. Despite booking weeks in advance, we were made to wait while others who arrived later were seated before us. Only after I questioned the delay were we promptly shown to our table. Service overall was underwhelming, and the kitchen took an unusually long time to prepare standard menu items. To make matters worse, both the salad and entrée did not match their descriptions on the menu. On a positive note, the bar service was efficient and well-executed. Still, I find it hard to understand this level of service and quality in a restaurant located within a hotel like the Ritz-Carlton.

Pasta was overcooked and just ok. Frito misto and focaccia were both good. Told them it was our 20th wedding anniversary when they confirmed reservation and they did nothing at all :( or even recognize it.

We took advantage of the dining pass special, 3 courses for $39. Caesar salads were delicious, pizzas were great, eggplant parmesan had too much breading. Service was a little slow on this Monday evening.

Service was excellent. Food was ok thought it would be more authentic NY style Italian, not so much. People going in and out with kids and bathing suits did not add to ambience.

Victoria our server was great. Service and attentiveness of all of Rialto's staff was 200% better than what we experienced in the Grill room at the Ritz about a month earlier. Grill room's food - also 2-3 times more expensive than Rialto.

First time dinning at the restaurant. Booked for our anniversary dinner. Honey, we're going to the Ritz in Naples! Told the restaurant when I booked and expected them to do something / anything to make it special. They acknowledged the occasion when we got there but otherwise nothing. The food was average. Our server was great. By contrast we celebrated my wife's birthday a couple weeks ago at Capital Grill. They did some small but thoughtful things to enhance the birthday dinner experience.

The Ritz offers a PSSPORT special. It is not worth the price. The appetizer and especially the entree were mediocre. Should have asked for a refund.

The service and quality of the dinner were exceptional. Having dined at the best restaurants in Naples, Nolita was by far the best of the best. I would have rated it 6* if I could. We ordered from the Passport dining menu and it didn't disappoint. The in house made dessert limoncello cheesecake was heavenly. We will go back next week to try one of the other restaurants. Thank you Ritz Carlton!

We normally love Nolita but this day not so much. We were a party of 6 with 7 pm reservations. We were seated promptly. We waited quite a while for our server to take our drink order. In the meantime several 'bus' staff brought us water and bread. We then waited quite a while for our drinks to come, and quite a while longer for our waiter to take our food order. Our salads came out in a reasonable amount of time - longer than expected but not terrible. Our entrees took FOREVER to come out - and our server was absent most of the time. Entrees finally came and they were good and hot so not sure what the delay was. Our server said maybe the kitchen was fatigued from the 4th of July holiday???? Dessert and our birthday celebration took even longer. Finally at 10:30 pm we paid the bill and left. Three and half hours is WAAAYYY to long for dinner. Not what you expect from the Ritz Carlton. Note we went to Sofra last night and had a completely different experience. I guess Nolita was having an off night. Unfortunately their 'off' night coincided with our birthday dinner night. Shame...

Food was very good and service was excellent as you would expect. Would definitely return but most likely when I'm staying at hotel next.

It's a lovely setting, but incredibly noisy due to a very large group seated near us. Most of our table was interested in the passport menu and they had selections from that. Two of our group had the short rib rigatoni and both said there was no meat in it, just a meat sauce. I ordered off the regular menu. My beef carpaccio was really outstanding, but then I had the chicken Milanese and it was as tough as shoe leather, not really edible. To be fair, we didn't complain so they didn't have the chance to make it right. Service was good at first but apparently our server got very busy somewhere else in the restaurant and he was hard to find. Based on the noise, the food and the service, not sure we will be willing to return.

The service was great. The kitchen forgot to prepare the asparagus my husband ordered even though our server put it in correctly. The dining passport was a very good deal. We were pleased with the options
