I clearly and specifically ordered decaf coffee, yet I was served fully caffeinated coffee instead. I experienced physical distress / borderline emergency situation. This is not a minor oversight. It is a serious failure of responsibility. When a customer asks for decaf, there is usually a reason: health conditions, heart issues, medication interactions, etc. Caffeine is not harmless for everyone! If a restaurant cannot correctly handle something as basic as decaf versus regular coffee, what else might they be getting wrong? Allergies? Food restrictions? Cross-contamination? It makes me question the level of training and professionalism in this restaurant. Even without formal waiter courses, proper staff training should emphasize accuracy; especially when it comes to items that affect a customer’s health. If something as simple as decaf versus regular coffee cannot be handled correctly, that reflects a deeper issue in management and quality control. This is not about preference. It is about trust and safety. Customers should not have to question whether their specific requests will be respected. Attention to detail is a fundamental part of restaurant responsibility. Very disappointing.

Best food, all fresh nicely presented and super tasty food. I felt as I was back in the island of greece withcsuch fresh ingredients. Amazing. By far best restaurant in Naples.

We used to eat here all the time because the food is good, BUT the service is horrible. Last time I was there I had to get up and ask someone for a refill on my drink and most of the time it's impossible to get the server to come back to the table. This time I was there we watched a server sit down with 2 people and had a long conversation, ignoring everyone else. If this was an isolated incident, that would be different but this is at least a year now and no change
We had a great outside under the shaded patio covering. There is also a large indoor dining room. They offer all-day breakfast. The serving sizes were very good and prices were not high at all. Thankful that there are private restaurant options here in Naples, rather than chain restaurants. Loved my grilled chicken oriental salad. Extensive menu with lots of choices for every taste. They have Greek Salads, and Gyro's too

I wasn't planning to know this place, but I was definitely surprised, the place is warm and since you arrive you are directed to your table, we didn't have to wait at the entrance. The menu is quite extensive and the options are very good. I ordered the classic Reuben, the taste 10/10 will not regret it. The price is quite acceptable and the service quick. Don’t think about it too much and know this place!!

Nice folks, good service. The dinner quality was inconsistent. Some were good others not as much. The prices are very resonable. Wanted to like this place more. May try lunch or breakfast sometime. No more dinners.

Had to wait about 10 min for the waitress/hostess argument in the kitchen to end before we got seated but the food wasn't bad. Service was pretty slow though....
