Best ice cream, nice family atmosphere, amazing service.
Ice cream was good but girl was rude over the phone and hung up rudely. Throwing things when my partner arrived to pick up and was hostile and unwelcoming. Guy was nice though.

This is one of the only royal scoops that has “Superman Ice Cream” and my kids love it! Everyone we go in, it’s always a pleasant experience. We continuously return because of the variety and customer service.

The ice cream itself is good, plenty of flavors to choose from. Giving two stars for the service. We’ve been in twice and both times the girls working have had horrible attitudes.
Based on my last experience, the ice cream itself tastes good, but the service from the girl was horrible. She practically didn't want to work, basically throwing things around, and her face was very unpleasant. 02/14/2016… 4:30 in the afternoon

Stessy and Katie were very kind, helpful, and stayed busy cleaning machines that were very intimidating. These girls worked liked they owned the place, and we were served well and once the crowd was served they went to cleaning and working. Thanks for the two best employees we have seen.
