From the very start it was an outstanding experience. The restaurant called and asked if it was a special occasion (anniversary). When we arrived the maitre asked and took a photo of us at the entrance. The menus were customized with our anniversary date. The server - Ahmed couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. There food was superb.
Great service from the moment we walked in. Very attentive and friendly. Both the bartender and our waiter too the time to understand what we liked, and made it happen. All in all, a delightful experience!
Sails is one of the best culinary experiences in the US, and is, in my view, the finest in the Naples/SW Florida area. Culinary expression and innovation is outstanding. Presentation is impressive. On the palate is consistent, enjoyable and exquisite. Service team ... think of the best private club you've been to, and kick it up a notch.
