So had a reservation, 4 of us. When we got there, MANY open tables. Asked to change our table to one in the bar, for happy hour. NOPE, no way..even tho the tables were available and not reserved! Unbelivable...they lost out on a sale of at least $100, all because they wouldnt change our table. Ridiculous...Off to Burntwood for HH, wonderful!

Faith was our server. She was friendly, helpful with the menu and did a great job at suggesting menu items we may like. The food was wonderful. We both ordered the filet and shared side orders of the grilled Scallops and grilled shrimp. Everything was delicious! It was so hard to decide on the desserts, so we ordered the entire flight of them to go. I would definitely go back. Nice atmosphere, service, and food! I took photos to share but for some reason the gallery won't come up. ?
Our server Tori absolutely made our experience! We made last minute reservations our last night in town and were exhausted from a long day on the beach and her energy truly elevated our night. The food was wonderful but it is service like Tori’s that turn a dinner into an experience. She is above and beyond a valuable asset to your team.

I dunno, it took a long time to get seated and then they didn't have the wine we wanted so we settled for a bottle of Meiomi, which is $20 grocery store wine but costs $62 here. Then we had flatbread that was dry and boring. My lobster bisque was average.
We brought friends for their first visit and were very pleased with their experience. All the dishes were delicious and our waiter, Pablo, was most attentive. Prices were “normal” as opposed to the gouging we've experienced at other Naples restaurants. Our only criticism is the noise level. Even early in the evening (we arrived at 5pm) the noise level made it difficult to converse.

We ran into a small glitch with the service and the manager came over to get a better understanding of what happened. She was amazing. We finished our meal feeling the service was again top-notch. This is our favorite restaurant in Naples.

As always my experience was great. I've been going to this location in Naples since the day they opened. It's nice to see the same servers each time you go and I especially enjoy seeing and talking with Lauran Bolinger who is a manager. She always has a smile on her face and is so happy to see us, she always makes our dining experience special and that's one reason why we go. The food is always great and our server this week, Caitlin was a pure delight.

If you’re looking for a place to do a private event, this isn’t it. GM is a real piece of work. Had a private event for 20 planned found out when we showed up events manager was no longer there and botched our event. Manager didn’t care and was ‘unavailable to us’ - apparently she’s too busy to deal with clients? Will not be going back for events there ever again. I recommend if you want a nice on time smooth event not to either.
