From the hostess, servers and food was outstanding. Bit noisy...the acoustics need improvement. Drawback was the openess of the restaurant which made it slightly uncomfortable and muggy because of lack of air conditioning...especially for August the patio doors should be closed. Thanks
Reading reviews we had high hopes and based on its ratings as a a top 10 hotel restaurant we opted for this venue at the Ritz for the summer passport - perhaps that was a mistake. Between the four of us we had all three appetizers - the Okra was the best, eggplant left out friend searching for the eggplant and the vegetarian dumplings overwhelmed by yogurt and red sauce. Yogurt became a key ingredient - I get it it's part of the middle eastern cuisine that this restaurant...
Food was very good but overall experience seemed understaffed. We had to inquire a few times about drinks and meals. The ceiling fan was much too much on our heads and table and was told it couldn't be adjusted. Surprising for a Ritz experience.
