We have been there many times and the service has never been good so far. Mostly very unfriendly and you have to remind them that you ordered something. In addition, the slush ice machine has been broken for 3 weeks and And we are very disappointed about it
This place has the best foot long hotdogs. And for a great price. You have 3 options, you can sit in your car, order and eat, you can go through the drive thru or you can sit in an outdoor dining area and the server will bring you your food. The servers used to wear roller blades but they don't do that no more.
So this morning my husband and I took our daily trip over to sonic and we were just so blown away by the customer service that we received from Dustin! We ordered our food on the app as we usually do and when we arrived, our food was hot, fresh and ready and he brought our meal to us with a big smile on his face, which to me is surprising it being 7 AM on a holiday! Justin went above and beyond our expectations and we will continue to be loyal customers to the Sonic in particular...
