This was my first time to this Ritz-Carlton restaurant. It is the general dining facility of the hotel. We came for the Brunch ($38) which has enough options to satisfy most people. Note there are no carving stations but there is an omelet station. Bloody Mary’s are included; however, alcohol is an additional $12. What I liked: - The availability of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, instead of orange juice - They offer sealed portions of butter, jam, jelly, Heinz ketchup, pure maple syrup, etc. - All of the food we ate was very good to outstanding. I focused on the fresh fruit, lox, Eggs Benedict, bacon and roasted potatoes. - The hostess and service were very engaging and attentive - They provide a Terrazza embroidered blanket for those who might be too cold! - They have an omelet station What I Did Not Like: - Our table was very wobbly and required a “stabilization tune-up” by the staff - There were no bagels for the lox - The English muffins used for the Eggs Benedict were not toasted enough - Trying to get the cream cheese was nearly impossible. It is hard to remove when right next to it, however it was located at the furthest point under the plexiglass cover. I needed to do the “Gumbo Limbo” to get it! After tax and tip, you are at $50/pp which you can rationalize as a value since it covers two meals and more than covers the cost of ordering the lox and Eggs Benedict ala carte. I highly recommend you treat yourself soon and stop in for the brunch.
Service was not appropriate to a Ritz.- We waited nearly 1,5 hour for the main course.- Octopus pasta was not good and octopus nearly cold.- Server did not explain the long wait, seems veryinexperienced for a Ritz hotel- at least server did not charge the food we gave back and offered a second dish for freeThere are many nice restaurants in Naples, would not recommend to waste time in the Terrazza
Our waitress was a very lovely woman. She made great recommendations. She was incredibly polite. Valet was lovely. Brunch was incredible. I never write reviews. But for here I had to.
We were seated promptly in a mostly empty restaurant in the Ritz. Two waiters introduced themselves as our waiter for the evening. As it turned out, rather than compete for our attention, neither of them attended to us—I had to go chase one of them down to get a second glass of wine. The Aranchinni were good, but we hadn't finished half of them when our entrees arrived. My wife had the pappardelle, which had only one mouthful of short ribs. I had the squid ink Fettuccine. It was ok—less seafood than I expected and if there was bottarga in there I couldn't detect it. Overall, a disappointing dinner.
The restaurant is your typical salad and sandwich place it is not 5 stars. Regarding service they never refilled the water glasses and it took 30 minutes to process a gift card I used. Completely over priced.
Made reservations for brunch at 11:30 on a Sunday. When we arrived we were told brunch was over & had to order off lunch menu. Wished they told us that in advance as we were looking forward to brunch, not lunch. The positive side was when we pulled up to the front of the hotel all the gentlemen who were valeting the cars were very quick to get my husband's wheelchair out of the car & made arrangements for a golf cart to take us to the restaurant because of construction going on in the hotel & steps would be required and that could not work for us.
So we thought we booked dinner for ourselves at 7:30pm. It turned out we booked breakfast at 7:30am. Who would have thought they had breakfast?!?! Lol! The Matrade was very accommodating and wonderful to us. Very nice piano live entertainment and singer. We weren't impressed at all with the food. But a great evening all together.
The Christmas Italian buffet was out of the extraordinary! The duck prosciutto and on-the-spot carved Serrano ham were perfect with the entire row of cheeses, crackers, grapes, dried fruits, jams, pickles, and of course the truffle cheese. There was a table of cold dishes and a lovely salad bar: the sunset colored beets, multi-colored cauliflower, and roasted sweet peppers so soft they cut like fruit, were my favorites. A stand for all kinds of breads from croissants to fruit cakes to long sesame crackers. The carving station with honey-glazed ham stole the show with incredible flavor and tender texture, with roasted large rounds of sweet carrots and fluffy cornbread. Every station was paired with their own sauce, wonderfully curated.A row of warmed dishes beautifully displayed in their buffet containers included absolutely tender salmon with grains, the most tender turkey ever, and on-site stirred cheesy and creamy risotto. Finally the table for dessert was decorated with detailed mini Christmas trees, colored confections, all kinds of mini delicacies in forms of fudge, jello, cakes, and a lovely sparkling strawberry mousse-like treat. The service for serving on the buffet were excellent, polite and always cheery. Our personal waiter didn't remove our plates as quickly as needed, but after a soft reminder, he was observant and on point. This was a holiday dining to remember.
Went for Christmas dinner - booked a table well in advance and was told there were only tables outside available. To me, a reservation means inside dining unless you specify outside. After a wait we were shown to a tiny table in the doorway with only one chair and no room for a second person - eventually we were given a 2 person table. Bar service was very slow and drinks very expensive. Also we were not told it would be a buffet dinner and at $125 pp it was not good value. Food was very nice but we were not expecting the buffet nor the very slow bar service and table clearing. Will go elsewhere next year
There was construction at the Ritz so the only way to get to the restaurant was to go outside and walk down the staircase. We had made a reservation but once we arrived we saw that the restaurant was not busy. Given the choice to eat inside or outside, we chose outside on a beautiful day. We had a view of additional construction around the pool area. The menu was not what it once was. There were salads and sandwiches but no pasta dishes and that was what we were hoping to enjoy. The sandwiches were served with a choice of French fries, salad, or fruit. They were large portions and very filling. A complimentary slice of cake was brought to the table for a birthday celebration. It was delicious and maybe the best part of our meal. Our waitress was pleasant and served us quite nicely. We took the receipt from the lunch to give to the valet when leaving. Valet parking was the only option at the Ritz and dining at any of the restaurants on property allowed diners to have free parking.

Limited menu, over priced and not worth the walk to it. Maybe it's due to renovation but very disappointed. We were thinking of bringing a large group but with choose another option.
Sat outside for lunch; major construction going on so had to get to the restaurant in a golf cart! Limited lunch menu - we had cheeseburger which were excellent and cooked how we asked. Tables are covered in construction dust; we had to ask to have table wiped down after we sat down. Service was good.
Terrazza used to be a favorite for dinner. They have really declined. The service, food and ambiance was just ok and really pricy for what was offered. The hotel is under construction so that didn't help.
Excellent filetWonderful atmosphere
Poor management. Open table showed a brunch for Sunday. We drive 30 mins to get there and walked to the pool area and sat down . We fond out that they were not serving brunch when we got the limited lynch menu. If we hadn't drove so far and had already valet we would of left. The service and food were good just very disappointed that they were not serving brunch. The management of this restaurant should of been on top of open table account and they should not of been shown as offering brunch. Very disappointed customer!
