Seriously the BEST SUSHI IN DOWNTOWN NAPLES. Also, if you haven’t tried the Krab Rangoon, you haven’t lived. I am a Naples native and I have tried all the places and trust me, this one takes the cake.

Service was horrible, the worst I’ve ever seen. Not understaffed nor busy, but took them 40 minutes to actually take our order after we had sat down. Once we placed our orders, the waitress mostly disappeared to the back. She never took drink orders (gave us water when we sat down, never refilled unless we asked which we couldn’t because she was gone). After about another 25 minutes, we had asked the waitress several times about how much longer it would be, and she kept saying 5 minutes or I’ll go get your rice, and then she would go in the back and disappear again. Arrived around 12:20pm, didn’t place order until 1:05pm, didn’t get food until 1:40pm. We had to be somewhere at 2:15pm not expecting to be cutting it close, so we had to eat everything in 10 or 15 minutes, sign the check and leave. The food was ok, however, the price was way too much for mid-level sushi, and the portion of fried rice was very small for $22. $90+ for three rolls and some rice and an hour and a half of our time. First time ever leaving a review on a restaurant but I feel like I need to. Take your money somewhere else and do not eat here.To the restaurant: Fix your problems. Everyone has said the same thing about this restaurant online. Your service is embarrassing for the city. Don’t reply with your generic apology and phone number, actually do something about your issues.

There is a server there who seems he is tired of his job. Doesnt smile at all and just has a negative vibe. He makes it uncomfortable.It was difficult to communicate orders because he wasnt trying to be helpful.In the end i was served a different dish completely.

We love KJs, we focus on Thai food, and everything is so flavorful! We love the basil sauce and the cashew sauce with chicken, it comes with so many wonderful vegtables, not just ordinary overcooked stuff. We love the atmosphere too! The sushi looks better than anything we've seen, just not our thing.
