We arrived on time for our reservation. We were greeted as we entered and seated promptly. We were asked where we would like to sit. Then we were given the regular menu and the Wagyu and Wine menu. Water glasses filled and drink order was taken. Cassidy, our waitress asked if we had any questions? Then said she would give us a chance to look at the menus. We told her we were ready to order. We ordered from both menus. While we waited Cassidy brought bread to our table, after asking...
We enjoyed the service and meal very much. It's off season here, and it was less busy than normal. The bone-in Ribeye and Filet were cooked as ordered and tasted great. Overall Capital Grille always delivers a perfect evening out.
The Capital Grille exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent—attentive and professional. The food was absolutely exquisite, prepared with great attention to detail, and the flavors were outstanding. The ambiance was warm and elegant, making the entire dining experience truly amazing.
