In the words of Tina Turner, the Naples Ritz Carlton is simply the best. I always say it’s the little things that matter most and this hotel exhibited the little things that matter most at its finest. The hospitality is unmatched, from how I was greeted by each staff member, to the impeccable service at the coffee shop, front desk, bellmen, the adult pool and the various restaurants. The ocean front room added the magic touch…I would highly recommend it and I throughly enjoyed having morning coffee and evening tea on the balcony while listening to the ocean waves. Cleanliness throughout the hotel including the hotel and pool bathrooms was superb. Thank you to the entire staff at the Naples Ritz Carlton for making my trip so amazing and relaxing…and one that I will never forget! I can’t wait to return! I’ve seen quite a few sunsets in my day but nothing compares to the sunsets here!

We had the most delicious Greek salad for a late lunch/early dinner meal. Fresh and so flavorful. The service was perfect. they took into consideration that the sun wasn't on us yet and it was chilly so they moved us to be comfortable Nice experience

Pool-side dining is not always the best - but usually convenient. In the case of the Poolside Cafe, you get high quality and convenience! The chicken quesadillas were as good as ANY Mexican restaurant you could go to, and the Grouper sandwich was as good as I've ever had. Definitely splurge on the guacamole, salsa, and chips - super fresh and flavorful. Oscar took care of us from a service perspective, first rate.

Poolside is a great definition. Hayley, the young lady that brought us food and drinks to our lounges was fantastic. Despite being swamped with customers, she always had a smile on her face. The pina coladas are a meal, but so delicious, you cannot have only 1. The salad was the perfect poolside snack.

The food is fantastic However we were here for Father’s Day and we were put off by the fact the hotel did not require masks indoors and many tourists there were ignoring hand washing . I was surprised they were using cloth napkins and not paper or paper menus instead using plastic that everyone touches . You need to have your own hand sanitizer and Wipes for tables since they used the same towel to wipe down every table constantly . I do recommend the burger is amazing and my personal favorite the quesadilla to die for . As usual the staff is amazing despite they are only staffed at 50% . Expect a long wait since they are understaffed . Special shout out to Leslie she made our trip fantastic with her razor sharp pool drink service !!

lunch was good but pricey. A little crowded but the service was very good considering our server had to wend her way through a mob. Great view of the Gulf and hotel grounds. We will be going back as it is a short walk from my townhouse so very convenient.

The cafe provides a nice cool shade and good food choices. I had a very nice salad and my husband a fish sandwich. The staff was very friendly but professional all times. We enjoyed a little time away from the sun. Also, there are TVs where people can watch sports.

All is what you would think it would be for a Ritz. Food, service, amenities all excellent. Wait till you get the bill though. Not cheap but this place may be the most expensive burger and fries place anywhere...:) But, I'll go back.
Located at The Rirz Carlton, the Pool Side Cafe offers lunch and light bites. They also have a full service bar.
