Dear owner, Please take the necessary steps to remedy a bad situation at your earliest convenience. Your staff on duty on May 02,2025 needs training on customer service, the new staff made mistakes taking in new orders, the other attendant (young lady- supposed manager) was very rude to customers. Her tone and choices of words is very bad to your business.

I spilled my drink and in no time the staff helped me out. Super friendly as well.
This location NEVER answers their phone. I ordered from the app and they use DoorDash, the driver brought ONE of two items. I ordered a flatbread and a smoothie and he only brought the smoothie. He refused to go back and get it, said call the location. THE LOCATION DOESN'T ANSWER. I cannot leave my job so now I have no lunch and they do not help. I should have learned my lesson because this happened before. Last time the manager didn't even give me a refund, offered a $5 giftcard which doesn't even cover the cost of the meal AND TIP AND DELIVERY FEE.
For how busy this place is during a Saturday on a soccer tournament weekend they need more than one person making smoothies. I waited an hour for one simple smoothie! They don’t coordinated properly.

Disappointing to overflowing trash cans but yet staff is hanging out with their friends. Out of an item that’s on most of there items.. bathroom broken sign was added after we told them they were out of soap.. definitely need a mgr on duty

I just want to say I had the best bahama mama I have ever had since going to tropical smoothie cafe. It was so smooth and creamy and had the perfect amount of white chocolate. Thank you Sue!!!
