This location NEVER answers their phone. I ordered from the app and they use DoorDash, the driver brought ONE of two items. I ordered a flatbread and a smoothie and he only brought the smoothie. He refused to go back and get it, said call the location. THE LOCATION DOESN'T ANSWER. I cannot leave my job so now I have no lunch and they do not help. I should have learned my lesson because this happened before. Last time the manager didn't even give me a refund, offered a $5 giftcard which doesn't even cover the cost of the meal AND TIP AND DELIVERY FEE.

For how busy this place is during a Saturday on a soccer tournament weekend they need more than one person making smoothies. I waited an hour for one simple smoothie! They don’t coordinated properly.

Disappointing to overflowing trash cans but yet staff is hanging out with their friends. Out of an item that’s on most of there items.. bathroom broken sign was added after we told them they were out of soap.. definitely need a mgr on duty

I just want to say I had the best bahama mama I have ever had since going to tropical smoothie cafe. It was so smooth and creamy and had the perfect amount of white chocolate. Thank you Sue!!!

Food is good when they make it right. Businesses open at 7 Am i was standing outside until 7:15 Am until they finally let me in, I was calling, and no one answer when i went inside at 7:15am I could hear the phone ringing it was me calling and no one was picking up it was just being ignored. My order was not taken until 7:30 if u plan to pass by v4 heading to work DON'T they don't open on time they don't pick up the phones they just let them ring, also u will have to wait until they take care of the "online orders and drinks" before they take your order while u are right in front of them waiting to place ur order.

Did not plan on wasting 30 minutes of my Saturday in Tropical Smoothie. Online order should not take 40 minutes to make. Not to mention the order was not complete/ correct by the end of it. Management should fire themselves and employees need re-training. At least now I can enjoy my soggy sandwich and melted acai bowl.

Floor around prep area tables was dirty and looked gross. Prep station and guy chopping fruit didn't look exactly clean either. For the prices they charge you'd think they would keep up w sanitizing this place.
