Called to place an order. They wouldn’t take my order and made me go through door dash, so I did that. Called them to ask for the wings extra wet and they came with almost zero sauce.

They know what they’re doing! The food is always great fresh and tasty but the employees so so. The cashier was really nice but she didn’t speaks any English, responded yes for 3 times when I asked how long is going to take… whatever… I’m emigrant as well so English is not my 1st language but I always make sure I’m understanding others ppl especially at work

We order from this Wingstop frequently and more often than not, there is an issue with the order. Today, there was an item missing and when we called, they refused to deliver or reimburse our money so we had to go back while the rest of the food got cold! When we went, the manager spoke little English and was not understanding the issue.

The host Euris was amazing ! I came 10/10/2025. At 1:17pm very hungry and the customer service was a 10/10. This is probably the best Wing Stop ever

We ordered on grub hub. They forgot our garlic parmesan fries, sent two sprites instead of my Dr. Pepper. Then when I called about it they hung up on me! Horrible experience!

Most wingstops are pretty good. This location is terrible. Missed Items and gave me rubbery undercooked wings even tho I asked for extra done. Fries had no seasoning even tho I asked for extra seasoning. Garbage.

This is your sign to not come here. I gave this location multiple chances. I waited over 50 minutes for 6 chicken wings and a drink last time I came, no one came to let me know when the foods coming out they just look at you stupidly. Uber/doordash get helped first they don’t care about walk ins. Today’s experience was the worst experience I’ve delt with honestly in fast food industry. I ordered as usual chicken wings, waited over 50 minutes, nothing new. After waiting I got my food and they messed it up I came back and they were talking horrible things in Spanish about me as they assumed I didn’t speak Spanish I looked at them with disgust and one of the employees told them to stop I got my food never coming back. The manger doesn’t care either she just cares about money. DONT COME HERE

We were really disappointed with our order. We specifically ordered BBQ chicken boneless , but when we got home, we realized they gave us plain instead. By the time we noticed, it was too late to go back — my husband and I live in Fort Myers and were only in the area for work. This was frustrating, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning. It’s a shame because we were looking forward to trying this place.
