This is your sign to not come here. I gave this location multiple chances. I waited over 50 minutes for 6 chicken wings and a drink last time I came, no one came to let me know when the foods coming out they just look at you stupidly. Uber/doordash get helped first they don’t care about walk ins. Today’s experience was the worst experience I’ve delt with honestly in fast food industry. I ordered as usual chicken wings, waited over 50 minutes, nothing new. After waiting I got my food and they messed it up I came back and they were talking horrible things in Spanish about me as they assumed I didn’t speak Spanish I looked at them with disgust and one of the employees told them to stop I got my food never coming back. The manger doesn’t care either she just cares about money. DONT COME HERE

We or ordered on DoorDash and they only brought us three out of 7 flavors and they forgot to put in like five wings and we couldn’t get any refunds. I’m really disappointed with the service.

We were really disappointed with our order. We specifically ordered BBQ chicken boneless , but when we got home, we realized they gave us plain instead. By the time we noticed, it was too late to go back — my husband and I live in Fort Myers and were only in the area for work. This was frustrating, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning. It’s a shame because we were looking forward to trying this place.

Terrible, I will never return to this place again, almost 40 minutes for a chicken sandwich and some potatoes, 5 employees, only one cooking and the rest talking, the place is empty so I don't understand the delay,

Good food. Wings are great. Store is clean and the staff nice. It has a few tables to sit but can get cramped at times. Otherwise enjoyed there is another place to eat!

Horrible Experience. Worst Meal of My Life.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had entered a dystopian nightmare. The smell? It wasn’t the "delicious" aroma of wings. It was the distinct odor of regret and disappointment. The decor was so bland, it made me want to cry.

I placed my order and, naturally, they got it wrong. I asked for extra crispy wings, and they handed me limp, sad little pieces of meat that were too soggy to even pick up. I tried to drown my sorrows in their "famous" ranch, but it was so bland, it could’ve been mistaken for watered-down mayonnaise. Who knew ranch could be *that* tasteless?

The fries were no better. I think they were from a different dimension where potatoes are completely flavorless. And the seasoning? Nonexistent. If you’re looking for an adventure in mediocrity, then maybe this place is for you.

Let’s talk about the service. The employees looked like they were counting down the minutes until their shift was over. The one person who actually spoke to me acted like I was interrupting their meditation session. There was no “thank you,” no smile, just a lifeless exchange of money for food.

And the wait time—oh my god. I would’ve had a better chance of growing my own potatoes and raising my own chickens than waiting for my food to come out. A solid 45 minutes for cold, bland wings. Honestly, I would’ve rather eaten cardboard.

Overall, I left with an overwhelming sense of regret, like I had made a terrible life choice by even stepping into this cursed establishment. I won’t be back. I’d rather starve than suffer through another meal at Wingstop. Zero stars if I could give them that. Save your time, save your taste buds, and save your sanity.

Omg. I just called to order some chicken wing. She said they're not taking orders in the phone no more. I don't know how to order online. This is not right many people like me are having problems with the online orders. So if you don't have access to the online thing you are dead. No good people no good.
