They close early .. I get there 20 min before close and they say we not taking orders “we closing to early” the girl in the front was just trying to leave. No reason to stop taking ordered 20 min early.

Terrible customer service If you are answering phones then you should know what’s going on I had a question about catering the female had no clue about catering she was very illiterate and needs customer service training if she wants to keep her job given my number to your her manager who never returned my call after a hour telling me her manager has other storers when there only one open wing stop in Naples lady don’t be dumb all your life no worries Ft Myers wing stop will get my business

Save your money and don't get food here at this location. Choose a different location because here their fries are always soggy and over seasoned, even had a chunk of hair in my fries. Wings were dry and felt disgusted of them after eating a few.

Kiki loves this place I do not understand why.The wings are small and bland. They forgot my sauces last time. Fries are sweet or something I don't know but no thank you.I'm a big girl I need me some real wings. Lord baby Jesus bring us some real chicken places cuz this not it.
