Well...today I get to be the Karen if the group... Im just over never getting the food right and drinks are never consistant. I'm there literally every day. I have 2 other spots that are local that I'm going to try instead now. Its aggravation first thing in the morning when I have things to take care of the are way more important than crappy service and returning to fix the issue. This location gives a bad name to Dunkin. They never have anything! No donuts, they never have flavor for drinks. You wait fifteen minutes in the drive thru for rude customer service and unprofessional staff.
