This was our second time going there. First time I ordered a French dip and it was ok but the beef was kind of overcooked. The wife got wings and she liked them. Fast forward to our visit today. Got the same but this time the beef was way over cooked and it was like leather and there was hardly any beef on there. As for the wings, I ordered them extra saucy. When our server brought the wings were totally dry. How does that happen when you ask for extra saucy? So I asked for sauce and they charged me for it. Charging me for sauce when the wings didn't have any on them. and came out dry? Never again.

Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The wings were just okay, but the Thai Chili Shrimp Lettuce Wrap was awful. Both dishes lacked seasoning and flavor, making the meal underwhelming overall. I was hoping for a much better dining experience.

I haven't tasted the food yet, but if we're talking about customer service, Ashley is the best server there. She took care of me, saw me sitting down, came over, and helped me when others were walking by. Thank you, Ashley, for showing customers what good customer service looks like.

Excellent restaurant. Our food came out piping hot, everything was correct, the food runners and the waitress knew which dish to give to which person at the table, the waitress was fantastic and kept our waters full the whole time, it wasn't freezing cold in there, nor was it hot, they had no problems switching what we were watching on our TV, the patrons were all chill and doing their own thing, the bathrooms were super clean, all of our food was delicious.

When it was Varsity Club we went there all the time but since it changed to Trinity Sports We have visited twice and will not be returning. The food was horrible. The first time we went I ordered a Cuban and after a very long wait I got what looked like a Cuban but when opened I realized it was one thin slice of ham and two pickle slices. There was no pulled pork at all. Since I had waited so long for it and the rest of my party was almost done I didn't want to send it back so I took a bite and realized the whole bottom was burnt and you couldn't bite through it. So I paid 14 dollars for the fries that came with it. The next visit I tried to play it safe and went with a burger. I ordered the smash burger that comes with fries and coleslaw I made the mistake of asking if I could substitute potato salad for the cole slaw and she said sure. Out came a very hard and burnt smashed burger with a tablespoon of potato salad. After about 15 minutes I finally got a hold of her and asked where the fries were and she said you got potato salad instead. She offered to put an order in for the fries that were supposed to come with it but I would be expected to pay for them. I said no thanks. I was already paying 17 dollars for a burger that wasn't edible and a tablespoon of potato salad. Lesson learned

Went there for the first time today before work. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. It was amazing and a good size sandwich and that price was right for the quality of the food. We’ll be back thank you to Alyssa who took my order.

Big shout-out to the varsity servers captain, Ms. Katie for her personal touch and extra attention that she brings naturally to the experience at Trinity Sports Grill. Katie kept the drinks full, handled our challenging order with ease, made sure the kids were entertained, and had the food out in great time with help from one of the best kitchens in town. After all that, I wasn't sure if Katie received my tip because it didnt show in my account the next day. I called to make sure Katie was compensated for all she had done for us and spoke with Ellie. Super special shout out to Ellie holding it down on the back end of things. She took my call and like a pro, in a short period of time called back to confirm her captain had indeed received her hard earned compensation for the effort put into our pleasant experience. Bottom line, this is the place to be for good food and even better service!
Thank you Katie for showing up to every shift ready to make a difference. I highly recommend Trinity Sports Grill and most importantly, Katie and crew for a down home experience.

Firstly, Cheyenne R. is THE BEST server! Pay her more! She's terrific. This place is pretty good about playing out Tampa Bay Lightning on tv. I PRAY they continue to make the effort (especially during football season.and the playoffs). Food is very good. Good vibe. Good server, good food, and hockey... ill keep coming back as long mg as they do those... and bring others.
