Paella & Tapas offers an authentic taste of Spain, serving some of the best paella available in the US. The owner, who is also the chef, is known for his friendly demeanor and commitment to quality. Guests love the variety, including chicken, veggie, and lobster paella, as well as the delicious empanadas. The food is fresh, tasty, and outstanding, with huge portions that make great leftovers. Many customers have enjoyed the hand cut potatoes appetizer, and the owner is super nice, even letting customers take the pan home. Meals are reasonably priced and generously portioned, requiring some preparation time, so ordering ahead is a great idea. Everything is authentic, highly recommended, and the inviting atmosphere includes both outdoor seating and takeout options. The chef's dedication to service, including staying late for guests, adds to the charm of this hidden gem.
