I stood there for like 2 minutes without anybody greeting me or seeing what my boys and I wanted to eat. They I called out for someone and a teenager came out to take our order. I had 2 coupons and they couldn't figure out how to make them work. Horrible location

They didn't know how to make a hot fudge sundae. Then they were out of hot fudge. They let us take the fudge home to microwave it, but we didn't get any of the other toppings that would normally go with it. I weep for society.

this store is with a Dunkns but it was clean and fast. staff friendly.
Would give a zero if I could. I ordered 3 items on Doordash, one being a banana split. The first time I received my order, the banana spilt was missing. After being charged, I call to no resolution, so I put in a new order. I was then told they were out of bananas, yet they still charged me for the banana split a SECOND time. I request a brownie. The store took it upon themselves to change my entire order with different ice cream and toppings, instead of just substituting the banana for the brownie. First time, last time

Great customer service. Not the best BR selection, no 31 flavors. Lobby clean. Bathrooms completely disgusting!! Like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. I didn't want to send my son into the mens room because it was so gross ! Don't touch anything in there!

Seemingly average customer service, cleanliness etc.. This is just a normal Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins restaurant. Five stars because their sugar free (no sugar added) ice cream is delicious. It's caramel turtle truffle flavored and it's extremely yummy. I can't find no sugar added icecream in any icecream shops in the area. I'm glad baskin robbins pulled this sugar free icecream off so well. I hope they add even more sugar free flavors eventually.

Don’t waste your time if you think you’re going to pop through the drive through and get some ice cream. Nothing listed online was available, there aren’t flavors listed on the drive through menu and worst of all (the only reason I’m even taking the time to leave this review) the staff acted inconvenienced that a consumer would expect either- both had major attitudes. Two thumbs down.
