I ordered an ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins for my son’s birthday, and I have to say—the team went above and beyond! It was an unusual design in the shape of a cooked turkey. Kelly the manager called me multiple times to keep me updated because they were having a bit of trouble getting the design just right. I didn’t catch the cake designers name but she did excellent.
