This is the definition of a local gem. Little local eatery specializing in brats. And they’re nailing it with 7 different flavors plus 6 different toppings. I ordered the Pork Brat with the add-on of perigees and sauerkraut. It was delicious and the bun made it magical. Exactly what I was expecting! Chris, our bartender, was awesome! He was knowledgeable about all the beers and cocktails, and gave great recommendations. He chatted with us but also kept a keen eye on the bar and never missed serving his patrons. His barback, Connor, kept up a good pace and was always active. What a WONDERFUL experience! Our waitress/owner was attentive, friendly and added to our experience. We ordered the reuben and beer brat with coleslaw absolutely delicious. Be sure to order the apple turnover for dessert, you'll be glad you did. We look forward to returning and highly recommend you trying this restaurant!
