The food was awesome. Serviced great! And Gary the Chef and Owner extremely engaging! Perfecto!
Great staff. Food was not up to par. Limoncello has much better food. It is owned by the same gentleman.
Wonderful ambiance. Had a big group and service was sensational. Good food overall. Will definitely go back
We always have a great experience at Ciao Bella's. The food is fantastic and a great location. We will be back!
Great martinis (I had the pear martini), great food, try the lasagna, and great service. We met friends from dinner and it did not disappoint. If you are lookin g for somewhere quaint and authentic, this is it!
I had never been to Ciao Bella but had seen some posts on Facebook so I decided to give the restaurant a try. The food was exceptional, the service was exceptional, Skylee was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and was very attentive to our needs... we will definitely be coming back!!!
We had a great gathering at this place!
We went there last night, it was crowded. We got a table for the three of us and they took a while to take our order, after a long waiting we needed to ask for our drinks to another waiter because ours was busy talking with another table taking shots. If you order the carpaccio, you should expect an aurugula salad with small pieces of meat. Not a good time for us, if you want a good italian dinner. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE
My wife and I had lasagna and the pear salad. Both were delicious. The only disappointment was the drink. Menu stated $8 and the bill came for $12. Server apologized that the menus were old and needed updating!?
Management needs to get a grip on this restaurant before it goes under. My husband and I were there 2 months ago and inquired about the fagetaboutit Bloody Mary that they are constantly advertising on Sunday funday. The bartender informed us that we could get it anytime. So I reached out to my friends that were coming down from New York and we've been so excited ever since to enjoy this on a Sunday when they come down. I called a few days ago to make sure they were still serving it at any given time. And I was assured, if we showed up and ordered it, we would get it. So we did, yesterday, and we were told by an angry chef that it's only during brunch that you can get that bloody mary. While we were waiting for the bartender to go back and talk to the chef again about the situation, there were 3 people sitting at the bar extremely unhappy about the fact that they could not get a pistachio martini, that is also advertised, and they were literally the only other people there. It was Memorial Day Sunday and every place on Flagler Avenue was packed and this restaurant was empty. Yet, the chef didn't feel the need to make any of the customers happy. So we left and went elsewhere and on the way back to the car we walked by and heard more customers being turned down for the fagetaboutit Bloody Mary. Again, there was one table there, while every place else on Flagler Avenue was packed. This restaurant is in serious trouble.

Good food. Close to the beach. Parking hard to find.
Espresso martini was delicious. Jade was excellent - 10/10 no notes.
The service was outstanding, however, the food was not impressive. I feel like I paid an obscene amount of money for just okay food. If you want real Italian food, I would suggest finding an Italian grandmother to fix your favorite dish from now on. Apologies for the negative review, but this food was not good at all; especially for what was charged.
Maylee was a superb server. She was attentive, not intrusive, professional, and most pleasant. The Lavender martini was the best I ever had ( we are world travelers) and the Osso Bucco was divine - tender and flavorful. The carpaccio was perfect! All in all, Ciao Bella is a 5 star experience. We will be back as fast as we can. Kudos to the owner, chef and staff. You are all great!
Service was not timely. Probably needed more servers on the floor.
Calamari was some frozen rubbery stuff. Not real calamari. We sent back twice.
My pollo Marsala was inedible the 2 times I sent it back. Pasta was under cooked both times.
Lamb chops were over done but seasoning was good.
Veal piccata was tough.
Overall only the drinks here are worth it. Better off cooking at home than coming to this location. It’s obvious management and wait staff is having trouble keeping up with the demand giving the lack of options in this area.
