The food is great for a suburban area and the service was good. The building has low AC so soooo hot I had to leave - no desert. If you have any issues with being warm, don't come here in summer

I love this bistro! Delicious and full of flavor in every meal. I met a friend for lunch today and we both we so happy! Our dishes were made to perfection and with love! Every bite was delicious and we finished it all. We ordered a couple of glasses of the Sauvignon Blanc which was fantastic! Every time I visit this restaurant I’m always 100% satisfied! Already looking forward to returning again.

3 of us ordered 3 meals and 3 desserts. Everything was out of this world! The depths of the flavor...amazing. The texture of every dish and dessert... heavenly. The bill...unbelievable. I expected it to be 50 % more expensive for such quality. The service was spot on, and the restaurant was clean, tidy, and appropriately decorated. We spoke with the chef, and I could tell this is his passion.

We hadn’t been to the Bistro in quite a long time; we had walked through the cars on Canal and decided to try it again. We were so glad we did. The service was excellent and so was the food. We shared the grilled ciabatta appetizer and a beet salad and both were just delicious. My partner had the crab cake appetizer for his dinner and I had the mussels and fries. Brought me right back to France where I had my first moules et frites. We had great wine to go with our dinners and promised ourselves that we wouldn’t let so much time go by before our next visit. We’ll see you soon!

Overall a good meal! My black & bleu burger was correctly cooked and had good flavors. The onion soup also tasted good, but I just can’t get over how aesthetically not-pleasing it is, using one slice of bread that’s half submerged and half sticking over the edge of the crock just doesn’t look right to me. Service was attentive and pleasant!

This chef owned and operated restaurant has much more for vegetarians than it appears on the website menu. We went in for fries and stayed for dinner. We were told with some notice that the chef is happy to prepare a special veg entree. Nice friendly atmosphere and great service. We'll definitely be back. Edit: We went back for dinner. I ordered the scallop entrée. They were well prepared, but the sauce was very salty and a bit overwhelming. We'll have to try again.

We ate here on 2/20 while visiting friends and found the Bistro to be a charming place with good food. It's a small restaurant with a limited menu but the food is excellently prepared and tasty, The server did a great job but the restaurant was very short of staff and one server was responsible for all the tables making for a slow meal. We would be happy to eat here again.
