“Food was fantastic with generous portions. The workers were all in matching chef coats which creates an atmosphere of quality. The desserts looked delicious. I am glad that I wore my Groove belt that had a little extra stretch that morning. I would love to go there again when we are in town to visit my daughter.“
“We found Third Wave Cafe & Wine Bar on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins and Dives show and we are impressed! The food, the service and the atmosphere is excellent. We started with the Bagna Cauda which is a delicious French baguette served with warm olive oil garlic Confit, aged balsamic vinegar, fresh herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano, fire roasted veggies and anchovies. For our meals, we shared the Creste de Gallo which was a delicious fresh made pasta, broken scallops, Florida rock shrimp, semolina pasta, mushrooms, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, capers, tossed in scampi butter & pecorino. We also shared a Burrantina pizza, hand-crafted Burrata, house mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, Peruvian pepper relish, baby arugula, charred artichoke, basil pesto, tomato, tomato sauce, balsamic glaze EVOO. The food was delicious and we took leftovers home for lunch! Definitely recommend this place if you're in New Smyrna Beach!“
