Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Claim to be dog friendly but will not even allow a small dog to sit in your lap on the outside patio without yelling at you. Much better restaurants in the area to give your business to.

Nice easy place to grab a bite to eat even with kids. They have a little corn hole area that keeps the kids busy while you wait for your food.Kid-friendliness: Mainly outdoor seating so have some room for kids to move around more.

Great place, great food, but very busy. I recommend the Kingston Tacos.
Definitely a cool spot downtown with friendly service. It can be difficult to find a table, and limited onsite parking. It’s not where I would go for a traditional taco, but if you want to try something new - a great option.

Normally, Hula's doesn't miss but the last few times we've been to this location it has been the worst food and service I've seen any where. Tacos were sitting for a while, crappy breading used at this location, barely any fish in the taco. Ordered fries but 30 minutes later nothing so just had to get a refund. Floor had what appeared to be a taco all over it but couldn't see it until it was too late because the lights weren't on yet. These are franchises so thankfully I can still get good hulas from the other locations but never again at NSB. Before anyone says it - they were very much not busy at all. There was far more staff than customers.

I loved this place. The owner is a wonderful person, the serving staff had great sense of humor. Food and drinks -D e-wait for it - licious!!!!!! When I make it back to New Smyrna we will be back.

Went in for the 1 yr anniversary buy one get one. $1 as we ordered because we wanted hot sauce on side we’re told we could not get the special. Everything on menu I would eat would require me to ask they delete or put on side.I have allergies and cannot eat anything with spice. We confirmed twice and he said not any subs even deleting or sauce on side and therefore they lost a customer.Nor did I see such a statement on advertising online or on the special menu at location the guy at 3:30 register is very rude and I will not return to this Jimmy Hulus due to his attitude and ridiculousness. Why run a promo that you really do not want to run!
