Called several times tonight with no answer to try and make a “pick up” order tonight. FINALLY, got through and spoke to a girl with an I don’t care attitude when placed our order. Our pick up time as she informed me “ 20 minutes or whenever it gets ready”. 🙄 Your establishment was extremely dead tonight when we pulled up. We went to Jimmy Hula’s after our escape room tonight and will not be back. The guy making our food stopped mid-prep to tie up his dreadlocks — with the same gloves on — and then went right back to touching our food. No handwashing, no glove change, nothing. On top of that, he kept using a dirty rag to wipe things down in between waiting for food to cook, still never changing his gloves before handling our order.
