They need a new general manager she is extremely rude, yelled, and had a very cold demeanor. Didn't want to hear what i had to say kept being rude. Horrible place don't go here.

Yesterday staff acted like they didn’t care these days no one wants to work and are so rude my entire order was off then top it off the wait time to get my entire order messed up. All I wanted was some lunch fast fresh and no wait never again I will go on Mondays when the blonde GM is there or make sure see what days she works super nice lady with big heart I pray she is will there she has changed that store around if I would of came a year or move ago I would walk out. She was the best GM ever at this location

I made a quick stop, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The service was terrible—everyone seemed to be in a bad mood, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping customers. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food, which is way too long for a quick stop. The only good thing about the meal was the apple pie. Everything else about the experience left me disappointed.

Manager went above and beyond to make sure I had sweet tea when they were out today. She is always so friendly and helpful!! Thanks so much.

We got the chicken sandwich with fries ask for no pickles and there was pickles fries all cold and old he got chicken and it was spicy not fresh at all. Wait time 18 minutes we was on lunch I've noticed passed 2 weeks this place went down hill. Who is this manager tall with missing teeth she was carrying food out was hard to see look like mac gravy or beans bags of chicken she was getting ice out of lobby and Puti cooler then walk in out to white small SUV then smokes a cig she seems very rude I hope the GM is ok we miss her she always kept this place up its dirty now rude managers won't be back

I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. The chicken I received was not fresh and appeared to have been sitting for a long time. The quality of the food was far below what I expect when paying for a meal. What made the experience even worse was the way the situation was handled by the manager. When I brought my concerns to their attention, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Instead of listening to my complaint and trying to make things right, the manager was unprofessional and showed little concern for customer satisfaction. As a customer, I understand that mistakes can happen, but how those mistakes are handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, the poor food quality combined with the manager’s attitude left me with a very negative impression of this location. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving both food quality and customer service. There was another manager there that look new maybe? I very young girl with black hair and the tall manager that’s always rude I come in days so I don’t have to deal with her unprofessional behavior. The blonde managers are very nice and sweet. I’m always park for 15 to 30 mins my food is always old but when it’s the other managers it’s on point and one more note rubbing her nose and not washing her hands I’ll never be back good Luck id rather go to port orange Popeyes now. I hope the GM sees this and gets rid of her.

I drive for door dash every time I go here to pick a order up I'm there for a minimum 15 minutes. And they are very rude and ignorant when you ask about the wait time or anything else. I was there today I entered the store at 4:05 I said I was with door dash and gave them my customer name, 4:20 comes around and nothing so I asked again and they acted like nobody knew about the order I was there for and had already checked in 20 minutes prior long story short I ended up unassigneing at 4:40 so basically I wasted 40 minutes not to mention the money I lost I recommend nobody especially door dashers and Uber eats do not go here you will lose time and money

Every single time I stopped at this place it’s understaffed and they’re out of food. This isn’t towards the employees. This is the fault of the owner and management. You should be ashamed that you put your employees through this kind of stress. How can you run a restaurant and not have enough food and employees to take care of the customers needs? Like I say whoever’s running this place should be ashamed and should be fired and all these kids that work here deserve a raise for what you put these employees through. I absolutely hate complaining but enough is enough. You need to take better care of your people and the customers that come through the line another thing if you don’t love what you do then get another job and put somebody in there that can handle the job and do it right there was a young, good-looking, black kid in there tonight. That did a great job. He had a good attitude and did his best to get my food out I wish everyone there had the same attitude.

If I could give a zero I would. This place is dirty and the staff are slow. There is nobody at the counter and they are all in the back doing who knows what. I saw one guy taking a chicken tender from the ready tray and eating it. I was sick to my stomach and left my order at the table and walked out. Just Awful 😖

Ordered a 5 piece spicy tender meal through the drive through with cole slaw, rice and beans and the girl upsold an Apple pie for $1. Got our food and pulled away… tenders were plain, not spicy, no bbq sauce given as we requested. No forks for coleslaw or beans. Went back through drive through. My husband did not want to complain about the tenders not being spicy because he did not want to wait. Got fork and bbq. Pulled back on highway. Coleslaw sour. No apple pie in the bag! All this for over $18…. Terrible food and service

Popeyes off 44 in NSB is one of the best I’ve been to. Everyone there gets everything right and it’s fresh food. They make you feel right at home!
