“Family owned and operated with homemade food.Biscuits and Gravy were excellent and all house made with family recipe. Thick cut bacon and perfectly browned hash browns were also a nice surprise.Ruthy, the founder and owner, stays busy keeping things flowing, yet finds the time to greet the customers and take special care of their needs. This restaurant is what I call the "perfect trifecta"....excellent food, great service and affordable!! Ruthy's is my best "food find" at NSB 2024.“
“Lunch or dinner you will not be disappointed with Aunt Catfish. As the name suggests the menu is heavy on sea food. You will find chicken, burgers, and beef.I had the fish sandwich which comes with a side and their unlimited Campfire Fixings hot bar and cinnamon rolls. Cinnamon rolls are fresh and baked constantly. You will crave them.Service is great, good is top notch, campfire fixings hot bar is unique and will make you want to come back tomorrow.Parking: Parking across the street from the restaurant which does make it a little different to get into the build if you have mobility issues.“
“I drove to this CSC to find out if the food is as good as at the other CSC, and Yeap, Awesome! The cashier was super friendly, food Super, the eating are impecable. One thing I did not notice was the funny frames in the men's bathroom at the other CSC, these were funny. Oh yes the bathrooms were spotless. Keep up the great job. I'll be back. Oh yes, their watermelon tea is one that will have you going by over and over again? it was good.“
“This is a mom and pop restaurant, it’s got everything you need, fresh southern soul food, made from scratch & with care, people are friendly & engaging when you enter, soon as you walk in you can smell the food, it reminds me of food I grew up on in Memphis ?? it’s a dine in or take out place, plenty of room for you and the family & some outside options, you can’t go wrong, there is nothing like it in the county. If you are in the area or not come & eat this place won’t disappoint! We will be back.“
