I held a retreat at my home a few weeks ago and wanted to provide a healthy lunch with a variety of choices but for a small group.
Tom put together several platters including a meat and cheese tray, fruit tray, vegetable tray, and tray with various breads along with a large bowl of salad. Everyone was able to make a salad or sandwich or both for themselves. He also made sure we had plenty of dressing choices.
