I went to the Mermade Cafe for the first time this morning! Jim the owner, greeted us and gave the 4 of us a sample of the Beignets and they were better than any thing I had in New Orleans!! Highly recommend!!
If you haven’t been here I highly recommend! The mimosa flight was absolutely delicious! The beignets tasted like you were in New Orleans! The atmosphere was wonderful! The owner came out to talk with us and was so nice! The waitress was wonderful as well! I’m not from NSB but will be returning! This VT girl was excited they had REAL maple syrup!! E
Enjoyed a family birthday celebration breakfast. The service was great. The beignets were the best I have ever had. The owner was very welcoming and passionate about the food. The NSB waffle was amazing.
