First impression, very nice clean exterior. All the sudden a customer walking out with no shirt on… how hard is it to uphold the health code? Took a minute to find a clean table and food was good.

Window attendant drops our debit card. Makes no attempt at a resolution other then to have us pull up and not stop cars behind us. Then our salads were near empty and huge chunks of unusable lettuce chucks
First customers of the day and the credit card machine wasn't working properly.
Big thank you to kim, diana, and the manager Brandy. They were all so kind, polite and super friendly. Kim came from the back just to see if she could help. Brandy has exceptional customer service skills, and we will definitely be back because of the staff.. (that is very hard to find these days)
The food was delicious, hot and fresh.

This was my first time at zaxbys. I liked the chicken strips. They have a great flavor and were very tender. The fries were delicious as well. Not your average fast food.

Zaxbys has made some great improvements in the past couple of years. Better menu items, better customer service. Way to go enjoyed my past few visits. Try the new sift tacos with the chicken tenders

A great chicken place, abit expensive but I've never gotten a bad batch or anything, it's decently quick and tastes very juicy, definitely should give it a shot if you near by.
