“I’ve been a vegetarian for a long time, but Chick-fil-A in Niceville is the one place where I’ll actually make an exception. The food is just that good. Even if you aren't eating the chicken, their Mac & Cheese and Waffle Fries are 10/10, but honestly, the quality of their service is what keeps me coming back.
They are incredibly fast and efficient, even when the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building. I also really appreciate that they offer a military discount (usually a free drink or a percentage off depending on the day), which is so helpful in this town. The staff is always polite—true to their 'my pleasure' reputation—and the facility is always clean. Whether you're a strict vegetarian or just a chicken fan, you can't go wrong here. Best fast food in Niceville, hands down“

“I am a frequent customer and normally everything is good. I place a nice size order tonight for Me and the grandkids. I should have checked the order before I left but they were rushing me through the drive thru and they assured me that everything was in the bags. However it was not. I paid extra for a side salad and NO SALAD. Called and talked to the manager and she said can you come back. No not with 3 little grandkids and 30 Minutes away. And of course she could not find my order even though I gave her my order number. Next time I will stay at the drive thru until I check everything in the bags“

“Edit: 12/12/25 - Once again I am back to another review and this time it just keeps getting worse. I come here quite a bit because I like the food but the Self Service is crazy bad. Always waiting on a drink cup. You have two four people doing the Self Service and all waiting on cups.
Should never happen, workers move around but never look in the direction and if you say something it's like they are being put out or they just ignore you.
Service is down to two stars.

Edit: 10/21/25 - The self service ordering is still janky at best - as you still have to wait for a service person to get you a cup for your meal and if only one person is working the front and has other orders going on, you can stand a wait a bit
Food is still excellent so I do not mind that much

Dropping to 4 stars overall and 3 stars for service. I have been giving this self order a try since they put it in and I am not a fan.
Most the time I am standing there waiting for a drink cup because either they are too busy to give me a cup or no one is up front because of being short staffed.
Still the food is great, just that the service has went down a bit.“

“Went to the Popeyes on Eglin afb on 7/9/25 and there was a girl there by herself and she was great. There were a lot of people in line and I had a big order. The service was very fast and extremely professional. Great job. The food as always was amazing.“

“Yesterday was my first time trying Chick-fil-A, and I was eager to see what the hype was about. Visiting from Canada, we don’t have many locations up north, so I was excited to experience it firsthand. We went to the Destin Miramar location, and not only was the food beyond my expectations, but the service was absolutely outstanding.

Jakob, the employee at the cash register, went above and beyond to make my first visit special. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and eager to ensure we had a great experience. He offered several fantastic recommendations, all of which we decided to try and were thoroughly impressed by. His knowledge of the menu was great, and his enthusiasm was awesome. Jakob’s friendly and personable attitude made a lasting impression, and it's rare to encounter such genuine customer service.

It’s clear that Jakob takes great pride in his work, and it truly made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely remember my first Chick-fil-A experience, and I can’t wait to return.
