“I’ve been a vegetarian for a long time, but Chick-fil-A in Niceville is the one place where I’ll actually make an exception. The food is just that good. Even if you aren't eating the chicken, their Mac & Cheese and Waffle Fries are 10/10, but honestly, the quality of their service is what keeps me coming back.
They are incredibly fast and efficient, even when the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building. I also really appreciate that they offer a military discount (usually a free drink or a percentage off depending on the day), which is so helpful in this town. The staff is always polite—true to their 'my pleasure' reputation—and the facility is always clean. Whether you're a strict vegetarian or just a chicken fan, you can't go wrong here. “Solid Second Visit – Great Service, Good Food, Price a Bit High

This was our second time visiting, and while our first experience was great with no complaints, we returned on July 30, 2025, and had another mostly positive visit.

We were seated and served by a waitress named “T,” who was very polite and attentive. Despite the restaurant being fairly busy, she took our order quickly and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service all around.

We started with the spinach artichoke dip served with flatbread, which was delicious and didn’t last long at our table. For our entrées, I ordered the grilled chicken Alfredo with broccoli—very flavorful and well-prepared. My wife had the chicken tortellini Alfredo and said it was good, but she didn’t really care for the chicken. Our daughter went with the shrimp Alfredo and enjoyed it.

The total bill came to around $100 for the three of us, which I feel is a little steep for what we got. Don’t get me wrong—the food and service were good—but the pricing is a bit off-putting and may give us pause next time.

All in all, a solid experience with great service and good food, just wish the value matched the price a little more closely.“

“Great place, great atmosphere. Busy at times though. I went there with my son & husband while we were on vacation and we waited quite a while for the food but they have a great staff. A young miss came and she was so sweet and professional, she reassured me that the food would be out soon and she was so concerned. She came and served the food. I asked her what her name was I think she said, Christal. When we got the food it was great so overall I would recommend this place.“

“I am a frequent customer and normally everything is good. I place a nice size order tonight for Me and the grandkids. I should have checked the order before I left but they were rushing me through the drive thru and they assured me that everything was in the bags. However it was not. I paid extra for a side salad and NO SALAD. Called and talked to the manager and she said can you come back. No not with 3 little grandkids and 30 Minutes away. And of course she could not find my order even though I gave her my order number. Next time I will stay at the drive thru until I check everything in the bags“

“This is our favorite pizza place in town! They use real cheese, are generous with meats and the crust is fabulous. As a side note, Ashley wrote "Handsome Grandpa" on our to go box my husband asked for and he has been totally unmanageable ever since. Thank you, sweet Ashley!“

“We love this place. The food is exceptional. The owner goes the extra mile every time. My husband is a quadriplegic and the owner goes out of his way to accommodate us. We were just there for a good meal. After we ate, I wanted to buy a side of corn salad and a bottle of our favorite Q sauce. He ended up stopping what he was doing to help my husband and me to our van. We hugged and cried. He appreciated the way I dealt with my husband. The food is always AWESOME!!! But the service is always with love and compassion.“

“Everyone knows for the most part, if you go to a Chick-fil-a, you’re going to at least have a decent dining experience. This establishment goes beyond even that, providing an exceptional customer service experience and wonderful food that will have me and my family back there often.

Special attention to the front counter staff member, Gabriel. Staff at Chick-fil-a’s are usually polite people, but Gabriel was truly wonderful.
My only complaint about our visit is that Gabriel does NOT have a chair. That man works an 8 hour shift standing on sheer tile, give that man a chair before you mess up his knees!“

“Yesterday was my first time trying Chick-fil-A, and I was eager to see what the hype was about. Visiting from Canada, we don’t have many locations up north, so I was excited to experience it firsthand. We went to the Destin Miramar location, and not only was the food beyond my expectations, but the service was absolutely outstanding.

Jakob, the employee at the cash register, went above and beyond to make my first visit special. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and eager to ensure we had a great experience. He offered several fantastic recommendations, all of which we decided to try and were thoroughly impressed by. His knowledge of the menu was great, and his enthusiasm was awesome. Jakob’s friendly and personable attitude made a lasting impression, and it's rare to encounter such genuine customer service.

It’s clear that Jakob takes great pride in his work, and it truly made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely remember my first Chick-fil-A experience, and I can’t wait to return. The combination of great food and outstanding service from employees like Jakob is exactly why Chick-fil-A has such a loyal following. Looking forward to coming back soon!“
