“Repeat visitors here. Everything we have ordered has been delicious beyond expectations. My new personal favorite is the Volcano Roll! 😋 Our waitress, Heaven, was fabulous with her fun nature and service. With Justin and Peyton by her side, she really made the atmosphere feel welcoming and inclusive.
We LOVE the whole Outcast “chain” because we know they will have food for the whole family, picky eaters and all.“

“We love this place. The food is exceptional. The owner goes the extra mile every time. My husband is a quadriplegic and the owner goes out of his way to accommodate us. We were just there for a good meal. After we ate, I wanted to buy a side of corn salad and a bottle of our favorite Q sauce. He ended up stopping what he was doing to help my husband and me to our van. We hugged and cried. He appreciated the way I dealt with my husband. The food is always AWESOME!!! But the service is always with love and compassion.“

“Great place, great atmosphere. Busy at times though. I went there with my son & husband while we were on vacation and we waited quite a while for the food but they have a great staff. A young miss came and she was so sweet and professional, she reassured me that the food would be out soon and she was so concerned. She came and served the food. I asked her what her name was I think she said, Christal. When we got the food it was great so overall I would recommend this place.“

“Have I ever felt special walking into a fast food joint never. Until these ladies who work at this location. I’m amazed to how nice they were and so on point w everything. Kudos to everyone out here. I dined 3 weeks back or so w a party of 7 however I had to give them my words of appreciation.“

“Hands down one of the best lunches we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and honestly intoxicating—in the best way. From the hostess to our server, the chef, and even the other diners, everyone was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The staff truly went above and beyond. The drinks were great, and the key lime shrimp is a 10/10—highly recommend. My husband had the fried snapper sandwich and it was amazing. I ordered the Fall Grouper, and I can’t even put into words how good it was. Perfect flavor, cooked flawlessly… I’ve been thinking about it since we left 😂 We shared our compliments with the staff, and Chef Caleb even came out to talk to us personally, which made the experience even more special. “We had another great meal at The Crab Trap! Our server Thayne was fantastic, personable and on top of everything! Excellent raw Oysters, Crab cakes and Crab and Shrimp Pasta. We have been here multiple times over the years and have never been disappointed!“

“Philly is in the name, but I actually think some of the other menu options are better! A big plus is that they offer gluten-free buns, which is great to have as an option. Just a heads-up that the sweet potato fries come with cinnamon sugar, which was a surprise! The service wasn’t the friendliest when ordering for a large group, but overall, there are some good options on the menu.“

“Was worth the drive , will definitely come back . Knew about it cause I use to live in that area. The service was super and very attentive . Our visit was around lunch time during the week . Small and humble deco , felt like home The food was super , tasted mullet and gator tail , fried squash , baked beans . Everything was hot excellent taste . I highly recommend it’s great food .So full , no room for the cakes they had fresh . Maybe save room for dessert next time . I am a local in the area just a few miles down the road . “I am a frequent customer and normally everything is good. I place a nice size order tonight for Me and the grandkids. I should have checked the order before I left but they were rushing me through the drive thru and they assured me that everything was in the bags. However it was not. I paid extra for a side salad and NO SALAD. Called and talked to the manager and she said can you come back. No not with 3 little grandkids and 30 Minutes away. And of course she could not find my order even though I gave her my order number. Next time I will stay at the drive thru until I check everything in the bags“

“I have been to many different locations for this Restaurant. The best feature of this one is the separate lane for mobile order customers! If you order through the app, you get to move along in a separate line so you’re not held up by those ordering through drive-thru. Service is always excellent and the food quality is consistent.“

I had an amazing experience at Zaxby’s, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the General Manager, Juju. She is absolutely incredible and truly sets the standard for what great leadership looks like.

From the moment I walked in, Juju’s positive attitude and professionalism stood out. She runs the store with excellence, making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her team and the people she serves.

The restaurant was spotless, organized, and had a great atmosphere. My food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly as ordered. The employees were friendly, respectful, and worked together so well, which is a direct reflection of Juju’s leadership. When a manager leads with kindness, energy, and high standards, it shows in every part of the business.

Juju went above and beyond to ensure everyone was satisfied, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She is hardworking, dedicated, and has an amazing ability to keep the store running smoothly even during busy times. Her passion for her job and her commitment to excellent customer service are truly inspiring.

It’s rare to come across a manager who cares this much and leads with such grace and confidence. Zaxby’s is lucky to have someone like Juju representing their brand. She deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does every day.

“Transcendent joy, thou art an asiago breadstick creation from Panera bread, which was graciously toasted at my request.
(I told my friend that he could have one because they come in a two pack. However, by the time he got back to the table, I had eaten both of them. They're so good, what the heck ⭐)
