“I am a frequent customer and normally everything is good. I place a nice size order tonight for Me and the grandkids. I should have checked the order before I left but they were rushing me through the drive thru and they assured me that everything was in the bags. However it was not. I paid extra for a side salad and NO SALAD. Called and talked to the manager and she said can you come back. No not with 3 little grandkids and 30 Minutes away. And of course she could not find my order even though I gave her my order number. Next time I will stay at the drive thru until I check everything in the bags“

It was the Panama City Beach location that needs a serious upgrade in both food prep and service and response to customer complaints. I had an amazing experience at Zaxby’s, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the General Manager, Juju. She is absolutely incredible and truly sets the standard for what great leadership looks like.

From the moment I walked in, Juju’s positive attitude and professionalism stood out. She runs the store with excellence, making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her team and the people she serves.

The restaurant was spotless, organized, and had a great atmosphere. My food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly as ordered. The employees were friendly, respectful, and worked together so well, which is a direct reflection of Juju’s leadership. When a manager leads with kindness, energy, and high standards, it shows in every part of the business.

Juju went above and beyond to ensure everyone was satisfied, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She is hardworking, dedicated, and has an amazing ability to keep the store running smoothly even during busy times. Her passion for her job and her commitment to excellent customer service are truly inspiring.

It’s rare to come across a manager who cares this much and leads with such grace and confidence. Zaxby’s is lucky to have someone like Juju representing their brand. She deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does every day.
