“Tonight I picked up some food from Taco Bell. I walked into the lobby and was greeted with a smile from the guy behind the counter. They called me by name when my order was ready and immediately offered to help me to the car with it, including my drinks. My entire experience was top notch and the customer service I received was outstanding!Kudos to those employees who treat people with such kindness! You never forget how people treat you and Taco Bell has a few of the most respectful and kind employees here in Niceville, Florida. I sure didn’t expect that kind of treatment, but I’m truly grateful for it!“

But I hate the AI ordering system in the drive thru. It never understands any modifications and just ends up making the entire process more difficult than necessary. Please just pay people to do the work and don’t replace them with machines!!“
