We came in the afternoon, not many people were in at this time, but we noticed a few people ordering at the kiosks. My sister and I both hopped on the kiosks and started ordering. The one that my sister was on (apparently wasn’t a public kiosk but the baristas, but it was turned to face us like it was public). The barista was extremely unpleasant as she came over and practically scolded us for touching her machine. We had no idea, it looked the same!!! As a barista myself, I would have never ever handled the situation like it was handled. No need for hostility like that. It really just put us off immediately.

Funky Fresh Boba Tea Co is my FAVORITE!!! I order from them often, and it is fantastic each time. My favorite drink is the Tiger Sugar Milk Tea. I’ve made it a tradition to order it once a week now. As a small business owner myself, I understand the difficulty with keeping your business hours consistent. I know a couple of reviews have mentioned their short staffing, and I think it’s very important to kindly consider the difficulty that businesses face nowadays when hiring dependable staff. This is a wonderful business to support, and I urge you to try it at least once!

Absolutely LOVE Funky Fresh! This is the place to go for delicious boba!Not only is the staff super friendly (everyone is but we usually see Jen when we come and she is literally the best!) but they make a mean cup of boba.The drinks are always so good and it's literally our favorite place to go when we want a little treat!

Jen is truly awesome, the kind of person that the world needs more of, helpful, happy, and a true servant. Despite having multiple younger customers (8 total with our 3) she was patient, courteous, and an excellent guide to all the options without ever being flustered, even though she was alone and preparing all the drinks herself. It is refreshing in many ways to have such a great person as the face of a business, and to be encouraged by such outstanding service.

I am a very indecisive person and the staff are always very friendly to that! They're such calm, helpful people and I had lovely chats with them. Try going! They'll let you taste quite a bit of tea samples and Boba pearls until you find the right mixture. They have popsicles, sodas, and coffee too.The shop is very cozy and made for you to hang out there for a long time if you want! A true café. They have nice calm music always playing and plenty of board games and cushions for you to lounge on. They even have a little art wall where you can put up art pieces you're very proud of, or want to sell.The vast majority of the teas are very good! There is only one I genuinely disliked and that was peach. The others i can rank from most to least liked which is how all food from somewhere should be, in my opinion! I'm partial to sweet teas with a deep or roasty flavor and some saltyness. So obviously the fruit teas are really good, but they are my friend's favorites, not mine. Meanwhile I ADORE a mixture of black tea, Thai tea, and caramel with tapioca boba the attendant helped me make.See? Go give it a try!If you don't feel confident making your own blend of tea as soon as you get there because you don't know much about it (that used to be me), trust me, I am deathly serious, you can almost NEVER go wrong with ordering off the seasonal menu on the board. The Spooky October teas this year?? Incredible. All of them.Dietary restrictions: They have oat, coconut, regular, fat-reduced, and sometimes almond milk to replace cow's milk in your order if you have any intolerances or allergies!Kid-friendliness: Lots of bard games to play while you wait!

My wife and I stopped in for a tea while in the area. The ordering process was a self service kiosk that made it convenient to look through the options. We also went during a happy hour time and they offered a discount on all of the teas.I got the Strawberry, Mango green tea and my wife got the Taro tea both were great.I would recommend stopping in if you’re in the area and we will be back when in the area again.Kid-friendliness: Games and seating

Some of best bubble tea I've ever had!!! The boba is the perfect texture! I got the honeydew jasmine green tea and it was absolutely divine!! The person at the counter was extremely friendly and we had a more than pleasant conversation as they made the tea. The atmosphere is so cute and comfy!! There's a beanbag chair, squishmallows and board games if you feel like staying and relaxing.
