They can customize drinks to perfection, as demonstrated by Stephen, who saved a drink that was initially too sweet. The Blossom drink, with passion fruit popping pearls and mango jellies, was good but the popping pearls were overly sweet. The staff, including Jen, provide excellent service, taking the time to explain the boba and its origins, making it easy for customers to find new drinks they'll enjoy.
