I was looking forward to a delightful lunch at Wendy’s, Usually, the food is great, and the service is five stars but at this at this specific location I don’t know what they’re doing. I don’t even know why they offer you the option to customize a burger if they just make it however they want…. You have more luck of getting struck by lightning then getting the correct order. I’ll be back for part 2 of the review.

Guy behind counter touched all over small fry with bare hands and set the small fry to the side to get a medium fry for the guy in front of me. Then proceeds to put the fries that he touched all over, with my food.

Extremely rude manager today. I went up to the counter to order and the manager (I did not catch a name, Hispanic woman) said "you can order at the kiosk" and I told her friendly "no thank you I like to talk to people" and I got met with an "oh well" and turns her back to me and walks away. Not acceptable behavior in the customer service industry. I am never the person to leave negative reviews but this was ridiculous.

2nd time I asked for a burger with catsup, mustard, pickle and onion. They sad it come with catsup, mustard, Pickle an onion.. I got too much catsup NO pickle No Mustard No onion. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. And not even warm.

2 days ago I had a baked potato with 2 sour cream, 2 butter and chives. It was so delicious that today I decided to have another. It came with one sour cream and no butter. I also ordered cheese French fries because I had message that I could get them for $1.00 they refused to honor that. Minor but I also did not receive a straw for my frosty.

The Nokomis branch was our savior. Also the one in Orlando. Our son is a difficult eater but he loved Wendy's. Were there easily 15 times on vacation. Burgers are very good.

I was going there 2-3 days a week for breakfast as I came home from the dog park. The orders were CONSTANTLY screwed up. I get croissants, but was given biscuits, English muffins, etc. I am also allergic to cheese and ask for it to not be put on sandwich, to NO PREVAIL. I like their breakfast, but can't put up with the lack of service and common sense.
