“I went in there while waiting for a friend to finish up at the salon. We got a protein coffee and a natural tea. 10 out of 10 delicious and 10 out of 10 on clean stable energy that lasted all day. Be warned a medium can last you about two servings of energy. I saved mine and drank drank the other half the next day. I felt wonderful, no stomach ache from the tea, which I usually get whenever I drink monsters or energy drinks. Not to mention, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful“
“The shakes here are pretty delicious and healthier then most places I've gone to. They don't taste overly sweet so don't expect to have that ice cream flavor to it.. They are a bit pricey but definitely do the job and fill you up.“

“This is my absolute favorite place! My daughter is constantly asking to go back! We go weekly! Great variety, everything is delicious, and the owner is the nicest man I've ever met! My favorite is the Strawberry Butterfly tea with Strawberry popping pearls. My daughter likes Strawberry milk tea and the oreo shake. 10/10, you definitely need to try!!“

“This place is absolutely amazing! Not only is it a healthy option for food but if you need a pick me up- this is your place to go! When you walk through those doors you are immediately greeted and the atmosphere is unmatched and is truly a great place to be! Once you try it- I guarantee you will be a forever customer. I highly recommend this place! The LIT teas give you that extra boost of energy which I always need having 2 little ones and the protein shakes are a great replacement for breakfast and not to mention SO many options!“

“Love this coffee shop!! I found it recently while working in the area and I always try to find a local shop as I’m wrapping up my day. The barista was so helpful and made my drink perfect! “vegetarian AND vegan bao buns & spring rolls available from Bahn mi & Tea fort myers, FL off colonial and six mile. the yum yum sauce makes it vegetarian, must order without to make it vegan and I would maybe suggest calling the restaurant bc they accidentally still put the sauce in mine (vegan sauce options: ask for house-made peanut sauce; or sriracha or hoisin in packets). yes, the buns are vegan! I spoke with the owners who are looking into offering a vegan yum yum sauce now! :))) this would make SO many people happy here. it was p good for $15…it did satiate my need for bao buns which i would prob not go out of my way to cook myself. the tofu was nicely curried! “I am thoroughly enjoying the food that I purchased today from Bahia Bowls in Cape Coral. The loaded avocado toast is to die for along with an açaí bowl. Staff was also amazing as my friends baby dropped all of her protein bites on the floor and they gave her a new container! No complaints here.“
