“I came into the store around 7 p.m. and noticed that it’s actually a double store — a Cold Stone and a Planet Smoothie in one location. When I walked in, there were about three or four people ahead of me, and I immediately noticed that Isaac was working completely by himself.
Even with multiple orders and customers coming in, he handled everything smoothly and kept a great attitude. He worked quickly without sacrificing quality or friendliness, and you could tell he really cared about doing a good job. It’s not easy to manage a rush alone, but he stayed calm, professional, and efficient the entire time.
I ordered the Amazon Kick smoothie — the base includes acai, strawberries, and banana — and I customized it with meal replacement, multivitamin, honey, peanut butter, leafy greens, and almond milk for some added nutrients and protein. It turned out great — perfectly blended, balanced, and refreshing. I ordered a medium, and there was a little extra left over; instead of throwing it out, Isaac kindly offered me the rest. That small gesture really stood out and was genuinely appreciated.
Employees like Isaac deserve recognition — he showed real dedication, attention to detail, and composure under pressure. Whoever hired him should know they have a solid worker who truly represents the brand well.
This location is in Cape Coral, right off Pine Island Road near Cleveland Avenue, next to the AMC. Highly recommend stopping by — and shoutout to Isaac for the excellent service and perfectly made smoothie!“

“This place is absolutely amazing! Not only is it a healthy option for food but if you need a pick me up- this is your place to go! When you walk through those doors you are immediately greeted and the atmosphere is unmatched and is truly a great place to be! Once you try it- I guarantee you will be a forever customer. The LIT teas give you that extra boost of energy which I always need having 2 little ones and the protein shakes are a great replacement for breakfast and not to mention SO many options!“

“This is my absolute favorite place! My daughter is constantly asking to go back! We go weekly! Great variety, everything is delicious, and the owner is the nicest man I've ever met! My favorite is the Strawberry Butterfly tea with Strawberry popping pearls. My daughter likes Strawberry milk tea and the oreo shake. 10/10, you definitely need to try!!“

“I love Tropical Smoothie Café! The staff is always friendly, the service is quick, and the smoothies are always fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Bahama Mama it’s the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness. The food is also great; I really like their wraps and flatbreads. The café is always clean and has a nice, relaxing vibe. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something refreshing and healthy!“

“I received a call back from the Owner of Eagle Specialty Coffee today very happy with what he had to say and his professionalism. Every customer that walks into his store should be treated with good customer service & a friendly atmosphere to everyone. I understand that not everything is perfect all the time but as front line employee, immediate contact with customers should be your best! This brings back customers because they enjoy not only the food/coffee but also the way they are treated/taking care of when they walk into the store. The atmosphere is also a key! “vegetarian AND vegan bao buns & spring rolls available from Bahn mi & Tea fort myers, FL off colonial and six mile. the yum yum sauce makes it vegetarian, must order without to make it vegan and I would maybe suggest calling the restaurant bc they accidentally still put the sauce in mine (vegan sauce options: ask for house-made peanut sauce; or sriracha or hoisin in packets). yes, the buns are vegan! I spoke with the owners who are looking into offering a vegan yum yum sauce now! :))) this would make SO many people happy here. it was p good for $15…it did satiate my need for bao buns which i would prob not go out of my way to cook myself. the tofu was nicely curried! “I am thoroughly enjoying the food that I purchased today from Bahia Bowls in Cape Coral. The loaded avocado toast is to die for along with an açaí bowl. Staff was also amazing as my friends baby dropped all of her protein bites on the floor and they gave her a new container! No complaints here.“
