“My compliments to Seaside Subs once again. Delightful atmosphere, always fresh ingredients, locally owned by such cheerful people who go out of their way to be helpful, excellent selection. Ordered a platter of wraps that were a big hit at a family get-together.“
“The food here is amazing! I ordered the shrimp and steak wrap for myself and the shrimp po boy for my girlfriend and they both came with a side of fries and drink which complemented the meal well. Everything is made fresh to order, the seating is comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is extremely welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will certainly be back!Dietary restrictions: My girlfriend and I can’t have milk. And there are options on the menu that align with our dietary restrictionsParking: Easy to park in the plaza and directly in front of the store“
“Came because of an IG post. So worth it. The food was great. Good portion sizes. The services was top notch! I will definitely be back. The only drawback is that there is a very high step to get in. If you have a mobility disability like I do, maybe order curbside service.“
“I love the pick 2 option, 1/2 turkey club (real turkey, not deli meat) and 1/2 green goddess salad or soup depending on what's offered that day. My son is working his way through the menu and hasn't declared a favorite yet, but the restaurant is definitely a family favorite.“
“What a hidden gem of a place! The food was excellent, fresh and delicious, good portion sizes too. Great for take out or probably catering too. My son loved the beef kabob. Highly recommend this family run, local restaurant! We were pleasantly surprised to find it.“
“Wrap was a lot bigger than I expected. You will be full ! The portion size is a1 ! I ordered the chef salad wrap with the Boss dressing. Everything was super good. Will definitely be a regular customer. Shout out to all the black owned on sistrunk coming up. Y’all support !“
“Fairly new place in my area. It's in a corner and easy to miss. The people working were very nice. I ordered a margarita pizza for pickup. It was hot and cheesy and very flavorful. I didn't have to add any additional spices the way I usually do with other pizza chains. I'll be back“
“They make the best subs in town. Just a small family run place that makes seriously good subs. I personally think they are even better than Laspadas (though Laspadas are very good too). The staff is always the same when I go and they are always friendly and quick with service. I highly “
“Food is great, place is super cute. However, they don’t have fat free or less fat milk, my latte wasn’t hot and when ordering, the lady at the cashier didn’t seem to want my business. It’s a one time visit place. Those are things that make me not come back, unfortunately.“
“I just discovered this place and already know that I’ll be coming back. I got the greek chicken wrap after one of their employee recommendation Roxanne and it did not disappoint. Their staff was so nice, they made the environment very welcoming.“
“This place is like a convenience store but with a twist. They serve all types of easy foods, and the location is perfect. The people that work there are nice, I stopped here for a quick breakfast sandwich and it was top 4 breakfast foods I had in the 8 days at ft laudy. Definitely recommend for some cheap/quick fresh eats!!“
“I just ordered on 03/05 around 8:15pm the COOK IS BOMB!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND BUT TOP TIER FOR SURE!! I TRAVEL THE ENTIRE US BY FAR THE BEST SERVICE IN MY YEARS OF COMING TO SOUTH FLORIDA!! THANK YOU AGAIN QUEEN“
“Delicious! Stopped by here after seeing it was only a walking distance from the court house. The guy working the front was very helpful as I wanted a few items on the menu and he recommended the CTM wrap made into a bowl. I'm a bit critical when it comes to Indian because it can be hard to find great Indian food, but man he was on point. The gentleman up front said everything is made fresh and when that bowl came out, you can tell! Flavors between the curry, cilantro, peppers and rice. It was a perfect blend and beautifully presented. For $14, I'd be here often if it was so far from where I live.Aside from the delicious food, the atmosphere is very fresh and inviting. Greenery on the walls, and windows from roof to floor facing the intercoastal. Dog friendly too, which was nice.“
“This place got even better! The owner told me that they have a new vendor for their beef and the Italian Beef Sandwich tastes like heaven on a bun. And shrinkflation does not apply here. While their fried pickles used to be the size of a regular French fry, they are now 4 times as fat. Great place, great owners.“
“Todays visit was actually a 2-3 star range but it’s not fair to a local business to hit them with a 3 star review for messing up 1 or 2 times after several 5 star visits. I absolutely love 3 natives! It’s a 5 star experience 97% of the time and their Açaí bowls are my fav in south Florida and got me through Covid :).I’ve seen a trend of inconsistencies lately that I hope get corrected because my family thoroughly enjoyed supporting this local business! More specifically, the açaí bowls sometimes have barely bo açaí in them and other times are just perfect so I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue, supply chain issue or something else. In any case, I hope management knows how much they are appreciated in the community and continue being great :) and we shall continue supporting you guys!“
“Delicious anyway you have it , sweet or savory. Indoor and outdoor seating. Wait staff is very kind and very professional. Menu is huge. Skillets are delish and not greasy. Many healthy options. Coffee pots left on table. We've had a few great filling brunches here. Keep it up!!! Gets very busy on weekends after 11 am!!!“
“Love this place food is awesome great service. Hometown favorite definitely a locals spot!!Still a favorite place of mine. Their Philly is awesome cold subs are awesome heck everything there is awesome!!!Vegetarian options: They have plenty of options for vegetarianParking: Huge parking lot no issue parking“
“I went minutes before closing and got a Grill Chicken Caesar salad. Perhaps it was the late night that they ran out of the bigger romaine lettuce, because I got the thinner sliced romaine. Didn't mind it but would have preferred the chunkier sliced lettuce and they were a bit light handed. Chicken was perfectly grilled- can't go wrong with a Caesar salad. Despite being late, staff were very welcoming, friendly and quick.“
“I’m not sure if anyone here runs data or looks at this but hopefully this helps (this is my literal job).1. Your profit margins are abnormally high. $17 for lettuce and half an avocado in a spinach wrap is bad business. You’re currently running 80+% markup. It’s 2023. Your consumers are smarter now. Also - negotiate your DSP contracts better if they require markup to lower their commission fees.2. The reason your margins are so high is mostly likely because 1. Your rent is high and your real estate is too large (every time I go I see empty inside, full outside) and this is way too large of a space for your short operating hours. This paired with high COGs is a killer for margins.3. My recommendation would be to look at your packaging cogs (they appear high - I can tell your food cogs aren’t high so that’s aggravating) and change your operating hours for additional revenue instead of burdening the consumer in a 5 hour morning window. This is south Florida. The operating hours don’t meet the consumer data. Get a beer and wine license and add 60% sales on alcohol. Add a brunch menu, etc where you can cross utilize ingredients and maximize food cogs.5. It shouldn’t cost $30 for a wrap with 2oz of wholesale broadliner Sysco steak in it. We can make it at home with better ingredients for 80% less cost. This is why the place is dead. Fix the internal ops issues and stop burdening the customer on prices for the ops shortcomings. You’ll die on your own sword that way. It’s a great concept but needs ops tweaking for sure. I’m willing to bet a months salary as an operator that this is someone’s first restaurant or their parent owns the place and lets their offspring run it.“
“Wow!!!! This place is awesome!!!! Have you ever even heard of watermelon tea??? Well, it's HERE!!! Can I say FAB-U-LOUS!!!! You MUST try!!! Chicken tenders are FRESH battered and fried- not coming out cold! With all the dips to choose from, Huey Magoos offers awesome to everyone! My favorite sauces were the barbecue, garlic, and honey mustard. They were out of banana pudding, or we would've tried that too. Everything was absolutely fantastic! Definitely our new favorite chicken tender spot! Fantastic!“
