Billy's improved with the staff and service. The environment is much better and I'm assuming there's new management. The drinks are fair price, the bartenders are attentive and friendly. Kristin who was my bartender was sweet ,cool and fast paced. The food needs a little improvement, but overall it's not too bad for a dive bar.
Best local bar around North Miami, Holly's good vibes will only make your day better and if you order any of their food, you'll be delighted to hang out here for hours and hours. Service from a dive bar but elevated. Located right at the heart of NoMi, I highly recommend it to all locals and visitors.
